First room awful, second room better. Reception staff (1 young female in particular), poor attitude. Could not get drinks from bar without searching for member of staff. Hotel is tired, needs revamp. Carpets smell, decor is in poor condition. Would not recommend.

Such a great location for a visit to Cahors and from a price perspective, great value; remember to book early for the restaurant as it’s popular with locals.

The hotel was beautifully situated on the bank of the river next to the bridge into the centre of town. The on site restaurant was superb. Would thoroughly recommend it.

A good choice for an overnight stay en route.
Very comfortable, quiet hotel on the river. Ideal for an overnight stay en route. Near the town centre if you wish to have a look around. Friendly staff. On site parking is available, though it got crowded quickly late afternoon. Very good dinner menu.

Strong recommendation
Fantastic from start to finish. Staff were all very accommodating, helpful and friendly. Nothing seemed too difficult. Room was clean, decent and perfectly functional. I also dined at the restaurant and the food and wine were really very good with great portion control, quality and the wine at the perfect temperature. The setting on the river was just beautiful. A swim in the very good pool also excellent. I would have liked a slightly later checkout than 11am but that was it.

Reception good. Nice rooms. Lovely position. Car parking a little difficult due to hotel being full. Restaurant let the hotel down Staff abrupt not helpful no children’s menu. When we asked what was available for a ten year old, words nuggets were thrown at us. Service was very very slow and not attentive.we know they were busy but that should not be our problem Food itself wasOK but seemed to us most of it bought in not Exciting and menus offering very heavy dishes like lamb shank. WTch your bill we were charged for four menus plus child instead of three menus plus child.

Lovely swimming pool but sunbeds uncomfortable and tipped backwards. Had balcony with river view but directly over outside eating restaurant so not particularly private. Lovely shower. Room overlooking River.

It has a lovely view of the river whilst being a short walk into town. The restaurant served excellent food and the buffet continental breakfast was well stocked and had a good variety of options.

River Views Hotel
A two night stay between two venues. This hotel was beautifully situated by the River Lot. Worth getting a room on the river side. We had a balcony, rather small for two chairs, but ok. Dining there was expensive but excellent food and service. The town of Cahors just over the bridge was worth visiting.

A beautiful place to stay
Located on the river, this hotel is a charming place to stay. It's an easy walk into the town centre. Great balcony dining overlooking the river. Good food and service.

Hotel with pool by the river
Hotel is on the outskirts of town which is walkable. Has a swimming pool which was welcoming as the temperature was very hot. The terrace overlooking the river was lovely, serving food and drinks. Was an older hotel that has been refurbished so was surprised that the air con was not working efficiently. That needed upgrading as the temperature was over 30C during stay

In good position to walk to town, just over the bridge. Overall a good hotel but thought it was a little overpriced. Nice pool and good selection at breakfast, (surcharge)

Very good restaurant
The hotel is fairly typical of most modern style establishments with grey/white/cream/beige decor and no particular character. However, the rooms are quite comfortable, the shower was a good size and we did not find it particularly noisy. We were only overnighting so have nothing to say about the surrounding area, although we know from previous visits to Cahors that it is an interesting town and the Lot countryside is beautiful. The crowning glory of this hotel is its restaurant; we enjoyed a very good three course meal at the very reasonable price of 19€.

A clean, quiet stay on the river.
The rooms are not fancy, but clean and quiet. The dinning room is probably the largest in town. It has a nice view of the river and the meals are quite fine.

Our room was a good size, clean, sparsely but adequately furnished. Staff friendly, helpful. Requested river view (extra charge) and our view (from room 4, 1st floor) was partially blocked by a tree, so suggest asking for higher floor toward southeast. Hotel offers wifi, but the speed is useless: <0.5 Mbps, often <0.08 Mbps.

Modern Hotel on the banks of the Lot
This an excellent fairly modern hotel with good facilities. Situated on the bank of the Lot river and a short walk from the centre of Cahors. The room was comfortable, clean and modern. There is an excellent restaurant, which, whilst not cheap, provides very good service, extremely good food and wine at reasonable prices. This was just a one night stay on our way home but well worth the cost and highly recommended.

This Hotel is perfectly placed and within 10 minute walk to all of the attractions/restaurants. Free parking is a bonus and go for the river view rooms. The breakfast is good too. Would definitely stay there again

The hotel is perfectly acceptable but quite pricey compared with similar hotels in France - limited competition in Cahors. Good position, with pleasant walk over bridge to centre. Did not eat dinner; the breakfast self-service buffet was comprehensive (for continental), although they ran out of ordinary tea!

The views from our room were lovely overlooking the river. Also the hotel was lovely and quiet, it was a bit of a walk into town but not a problem.

Great location
Modern hotel right on the river. you can have a balcony over-looking the River Lot if you pay more. Our room (35) had air con and a bath which was very welcome. Excellent outdoor swimming pool which we had to ourselves. Restaurant extends over the river with a great view.

Great spot by the river
This was our third stay here and although it was cold and dreary the hotel is a wonderful spot by the Lot, with rooms and balconys overlooking the river. Rooms are comfortable and food enjoyable. If you like different wines with different courses, try the "wine buffet"!
