Great stay. Staff very polite and helpful. Breakfast was lovely but not enough coffee cups. Pool was out of order quite dirty but a wonderful unique stay would definitely recommend. Beziers is beautiful and peaceful

They tried so hard to make this a 4+ star hotel but it just doesn't manage it. The breakfast isn't worth the 20 euros that it costs. The bed was so hard that I had to take ibuprofen to deal with the hip pain after the night and the mildew in the room was bad. The whole family was coughing or sniffling after spending 5 nights there. We were VIP+ and had one of the 2 bedroom suites. We're in room #1. The mosquitoes in the private backyard were so bad that we had a hard time using the only table that seated all 6 of us.

We love the area and the Chateau. We are planning to go back and revisit in the summer and winter for the holidays. The food, service and rooms were incredible. Highly recommended.

Loved the staff and hotel! Excellent location with easy access to restaurants and shops - very central to all things Beziers! Quintin and his colleagues at the front desk are amazing and he went above and beyond to ensure we had everything we needed. The only thing missing from the room was a small fridge- but the staff soon found a work around for this. Will definitely stay again!
