The staff was most hospitable! We had trouble with our shower and the hotel manager was most gracious. We had trouble getting a taxi to the train station and one of the staff drove us to the gare. Remarkable customer service!

The location is simply amazing next to the pedestrian area and shopping. The hotel is fabulous and the staff is friendly and helpful. Totally recommend it to anyone visiting dijon

Very impressed with the hotel overall. Beautiful property. The room was spacious and clean. The staff was courteous and helpful when asked directions to our tours meeting point. We ended each night with a cocktail at the bar next to the lobby. Will definitely definitely stay here again when we visit again.

A True Gem
As the first stop on our honeymoon it was a wonderful stay! The staff was wonderful and very friendly and helpful throughout our stay, which can make all the difference no matter what the rest of the property is like. We had a high corner room getting a pretty view of the square. The rooms aren’t “big” but the layout sure makes it feel so, with an entry area, sitting area, coffee bar, beautiful bathroom, and 3 balconies! The small touches are noticed from lighting to soft carpet, robes, and towel heater. We didn’t have time to take advantage of the rest of the property like the restaurant (which is a favorite of the city) or the spa (which is beautiful) but we can only imagine they are lovely also as they were both very busy. Dijon is a beautiful town and we hope to return and will certain be staying here again! Merci!

A case of somewhat faded glory. Positives include excellent central location for tourism, dining and shopping. Hotel dining and bar facilities exceed the norm for most hotels. Negatives relate to the "faded" aspect of the hotel, including dirty and threadbare carpeting in the room and hallway and a very underwhelming lobby area. If you are driving, as you will want to be in the beautiful Bourgogne region, direct access is non-existent -- you will be buried under one-way streets and obscure/confusing directions. Valet parking at the hotel is a must.

Best hotel in France!
Simply stunning hotel, best we've stayed in during our time in France. Great location & such a beautiful city! The staff was amazing. Bellman helped us with our luggage & parked our car. The 2 at the front reception were knowledgable, welcoming & very kind.

The room is very nicely decorated and clean and bed is comfy . I would say , the toiletries like shampoo and conditioner is very good . The breakfast is very good . Food quality is excellent . We’re happy we made a dinner reservation in the hotel. The ambiance is very relaxing and food is fantastic .

Beautiful hotel! Clean. updated! Great service and attention to the guests. saw a 3 star in the front and it should be without a doubt a 4 star hotel! Very Classy and the room was excellent! Do not miss it if you ever stay in Dijon.

Gorgeous hotel
The hotel is beautiful and perfectly located in the heart of the city. The view from our room was breathtaking. The spa was lovely. The breakfast was delicious. Highly recommend.

Overall ok. But some issues with it being a 5 star. Bath shower wasn’t practical in the room I stayed in as it wet the entire bathroom. Wasn’t a 5 star shower experience. Staff were not attentive. This was an exceptional hotel! A perfect location to everything, very quiet, great breakfast choices and just perfect service. Superbly comfortable rooms. We booked a room for two but our adult daughter came w us and they easily accommodated without any fuss. If I’m ever back in Dijon - I would definitely stay here again!

It was the third time we stayed at this hotel and we enjoyed the stay as much as we did previously (in 2007 and 2015). We liked everything, the location bang in the middle of the town, the valet parking, the interior decorations, the quality of the room, the quality of the breakfast and dinner on the outside terrace, and the service.

Slept great, room was spacious but unfortunately really dusty so every time you moved a dust cloud appeared. On arrival there was vomit in the private car parks entrance & lift, I told the hotel. The next morning when we came to leave there was still vomit in the lift. You don’t expect that from an up market establishment, in fact you don’t expect it from any establishment.
