Upon arrival we were enthusiastically welcomed by proud homeowner Mr Havlik (we communicated together in German), who gave us a detailed tour through the property (incl own wine cellar, professionally equipped kitchen, charming dining room that can fit up to 12 people, lovely courtyard garden), which is simply in perfect condition: clean, bright, spacious and absolutely charming. Suitable for our family of 5 (our teenagers loved having their own unit), but also a great fit for eg 3 families / couples (up to 12 people max), who want to enjoy holidays together, while having some privacy at the same time (own unit with bedroom upstairs, mini living room / sofa bed / kitchenette and bathroom downstairs). The house is located in a lovely tiny village (free parking in front of the house), close to larger town Znojmo (supermarkets, few nice restaurant options and shops, “Excalibur City” for shopping mall and taxfree shopping), and we made day trips to Brno and to Vienna. Wir waren 11 Personen und zwei Hunde. Empfang war sehr freundlich und auch der Abschied ging Reibungslos und sehr großzügig von statten. Die Umgebung ist sehr ruhig und ländlich. Ideal zum Wandern, ausruhen und Rad fahren. Aber mit dem Auto kann man gut sehenswertes erreichen.
