"Wunderschönes Hotel im alten Kohlebergwerk. Etwas abgeschieden, dafür aber die totale Ruhe. Wir haben super geschlafen! Das Abendessen kann man im Freien geniessen, gute Auswahl und lecker gekocht. Unbedingt jeweils am Morgen reservieren! Einziger Negativpunkt: Das Personal ist beim Frühstück überfordert, da man als Gast nichts selber schöpfen darf. So entstehen Wartezeiten. "

"Tutto perfetto. La stanza nuova e pulita. Giochi per bambini sul territorio, piscina. Il territorio recintato, bello e sicuro per bambini. Personale gentile e disponibile. Tanti posti da visitare in vicinanza (15-20 minuti di macchina)"

Nous avons été accueillis avec douceur , gentillesse et beaucoup de générosité . Important ils aiment les animaux et sont donc les bienvenus . Notre petit Gus a été le plus heureux aussi . "It was peaceful and quiet place to rest. Having private carpark was good. The host gave us a bottle of Rosé wine which we were pleasantly surprised. The Aircon unit in the place had only heating function, the cooling function was not available. Tried to let in fresh cool air by opening the windows but there was no insect screens so the insects flew in as well. In the end, we slept in the room that was warm and stuffy. It would have great if fans were provided."

"Wow. I could not have dreamed of a better weekend getaway. This was seriously the most beautiful villa. The view from it was picturesque, it looked fake! I would wake up in the morning and just stare at the view. From the grounds of the villa you can see the city center of Volterra, and the greenery surrounding.
