"My friends and I had an amazing stay at this lovely house. Especially the outdoor area was beautiful and the pool was great! The house is just a 10 minute drive from a lovely town and shops for groceries. The hosts even organised for us to go horse-riding at their horse riding school which was a great experience. Overall, we loved our stay and had the great time. Eloïse and her father were a great help when we needed it and they were such lovely people!"

"This is a very classily converted old property with spacious rooms and flexible outdoor areas, beautifully planted. Lovely comfortable beds. The skies are incredibly dark for star-gazing, there is a lovely park in the grounds of the local chateau and although there is no bar in the village there is a good bread shop and a very nice restaurant (La Croix Verte). Amboise is only 5 mins drive away. We were there for the phenomenal Bastille Day fireworks."

"Our group (2 couples and 1 teenager) enjoyed 3 days near Tours while staying at this spacious apartment. We spent 1 day kayaking and 1 day visiting Tours. You'll need a car to access this property, however, there is a grocery store and bakery for morning breakfast near-by (~10 minutes by car). The friendly host lives adjacent, so check-in was very easy. Thanks for a great stay!!"

En revanche les couchages n'étaient pas identiques à ce qui était indiqué sur le site : une chambre de 3 est en fait une chambre avec deux lits doubles et celle d'à côté 3 lits simples au lieu d'un lit double et un lit simple. À prendre en compte quand tout le monde ne se connaît pas dans le groupe... Il y a un lit simple dont les lattes passent à travers le sommier. Et surtout surtout, le salon...

"Nathalie's place is wonderful, in a small village a 15-min drive from Amboise. Very spacious and beautifully renovated, the accommodation is even better than the pictures! Nathalie was very helpful in offering recommendations and was responsive to our needs; would highly recommend as a base for a family or group of friends exploring the Loire Valley. Plus, the restaurant at the end of the road (La Croix Blanche) is marvellous. "
