Poor customer service. They stated they did not have extra pillows or towels to provide (Room had 4 pillows for 2 double beds and 2 bath towels). The breakfast is a sit down breakfast and not friendly to dietary restrictions

Rude staff member at check in. Room was ok for cleanliness but everything was broken (chair, light, electrical outlets…of which there are none to charge phone conveniently ex by nightstand or bed). Walls in bathroom crumbling. Toilet paper holder falling off wall. Wardrobe partially broken. Doors to hallway are not at all soundproofed. We heard everyone who walked by and talked as clearly as if they were in our room (so not a great sleep at all). The “free breakfast” doesn’t start until 8 so not helpful If you have to leave earlier and they give you nothing then (so don’t count on the “free breakfast”).

It's an older property but the beds are really comfortable and I got a good sleep. There were picketers outside when I came so that's concerning as they were picketing after losing some "benefits.". No phone in room and the water doesn't get very hot.
