Awake refreshed and ready for a day exploring the city via this clean, stylish apartment equipped with an indoor fireplace and A/C. Located next to broadway, this pedestrian-friendly neighbourhood offers a variety of: \- Entertainment venues \- Restaurants \- Bakeries \- Coffee shops \- Artisan galleries \- Butchershops \- Boutique stores \- Breweries \- Yoga studios and more! The space The kitchen is fully stocked for all your cooking needs and there's even a deck & backyard for your use on those beautiful summer evenings to enjoy a BBQ. Every unit is sanitized and professionally deep cleaned after each stay to ensure the health and safety of all of our guests. Guest access You have access to the entire main floor of the property, the laundry room downstairs and also the backyard with a BBQ and seating space on the deck! Other things to note There is a secondary suite below so you may hear some noise travelling through the vents at times. The laundry machine downstairs is shared between the upstairs & downstairs units. This is a legal suite registered as a Short term rental with the city of Saskatoon. ADDITIONAL RULES: \*\*Quiet time from 10 pm to 6 am. If we receive a noise complaint outside of these hours, it will result in a $250 fine. \*\*No parties or events.
