"The hotel would not give us the room we booked because of our pets.
They said it doesn’t matter if the 3rd party booked us in the family suite or not we have pets that changes our room availability.
The room they put us in was below a party room.
We did not get any refund for the difference in the price of the room.
This is the second disappointment from the hotel in under a year.
We will never stay there again."
