"The perfect location for the Cathedral, the castle & the old town. Views from the room were fabulous. A 3* traditional Spanish hotel. Very helpful at reception on arrival. Excellent adjacent underground parking (fee payable). Have booked a second night on return journey through Spain."

"Beautiful hotel with excellent location! Walking distance of the center of the town. Parking at the hotel can be difficult to enter. The parking is really small. Just to let you know in the afternoon almost everything is close and it opens like around 7:30 at night. "

"Very good hotel in the middle of the city. The secure parking is excellent and directly below the reception. The front desk staff were all very friendly and helpful. We ate in the hotel restaurant as thanks to the protesting farmers our 6 hour journey took 12 hours instead of 6! The late hour of arrival made it a bit of a hobsons choice but it turned out that every cloud has a silver lining! The set menu was superb as were the staff. I normally avoid hotel restaurants but if you stay here the set 3 course menu is fabulous and fantastic value for money. "

"The hotel is 15 minutes walk from the city center. Parking around the hotel was free, so we didn’t use the hotel’s garage saving ourselves the daily hotel fee. The bathroom’s radiator had a leak that damaged my winter boots (Uggs) and I had to throw away with no compensation. "

"The staff was kind and helpful, but the hotel itself was terrible. I could barely sleep well, for the bed and mattresses were terrible. I woke up with backache every morning. I cannot recommend this hotel at all."
