This comfortable holiday home offers: - On the ground floor: a bright living room with a fully equipped kitchenette, dining area, and lounge area, as well as a shower room and a toilet with a washbasin. - On the first floor: two bedrooms (one with a double bed (140x190cm) and one with two single beds (90x190cm) and a cot if needed). Outside: a 210m² enclosed garden with a terrace and covered bicycle storage. Parking is available on the property. The cottage is located 4km from Sarzeau and 1.5km from Le Tour du Parc. Discover the treasures of southern Morbihan near the GR34 ideal for many hikes, close to the beaches and the castle of Suscinio, our cottage welcomes you near the ornithological reserve of the marshes of Séné. Appreciated by all for its long beaches of fine sand, Sarzeau is a guaranteed change of scenery less than 30 minutes from Vannes! Bordered to the north by the Gulf of Morbihan, to the south by the Atlantic Ocean, Sarzeau combines charms on both sides. -water -heating -electricity
