Unit L1211 is a spacious 3rd/top floor 3-bedroom condo offering comfort, convenience, and access to exclusive resort-style amenities. Relax at one of the multiple pools, enjoy the private Beach Club, and stroll to shops, dining, and the beach. We manage over 100 vacation rentals in the area, so our hosting style is a little different than that of an individual host. During your stay, you’ll be supported by a dedicated team to ensure everything runs smoothly. • Vacation Specialists are available to help you plan your trip, including transportation, tours, boat trips, private chefs, spa services, and local recommendations. • Guest Support Team members will be your primary point of contact for any questions related to the home before and during your stay. This gated community offers guests 4 massive pools, a large jacuzzi, hiking trails, a children's play area and a sports complex. From your condo, you are just steps from grocery stores, restaurants, and shops. A 15-minute stroll gets you to the beach OR you can take one of the complimentary beach shuttles from the development. There is also a private oceanfront beach club that guests can access. Playas del Coco is just a 30-minute drive from Guanacaste International Airport (LIR), near Liberia. Several supermarkets, fruit vendors, and more restaurants, bars, and shops to count. Enjoy a walk along the beach boardwalk or stroll the beach from point to point for a 3km walk. Many scuba diving, sport fishing, and sightseeing tours depart from Coco. You’re also close to several area day trip spots – waterfalls, hiking, hot springs, and mud baths, cultural experiences, and river tours. Sliding doors bring in natural light and connect to your private balcony. The master suite includes a 4-poster king bed, ensuite bathroom with double vanity, and a walk-in closet. Two additional bedrooms, each with a queen bed, share a full bathroom. With space for up to 6 guests, the layout is ideal for families, couples, or friends traveling together. Car rentals or golf cart rentals are options for transportation during your stay. PACIFICO offers free golf cart charging and ample parking right in front of the building. It’s also a very walkable location! You can walk to the grocery store (5 minutes), restaurants and shops (5-25 minutes) and the beach (15 minutes). There is a complimentary shuttle to the PACIFICO Beach Club and taxis are available at the taxi stand next to the Auto Mercado (5 minutes walk) PACIFICO BEACH CLUB The PACIFICO Beach Club is exclusive to PACIFICO guests and offers infinity-edge, ocean view pools, multiple lounge areas, and poolside food & drink service. All guests in PACIFICO have access to this beautiful facility. To use Pacifico Beach Club, guests pay $35 per person, per day. The Beach Club will credit $25 to your food & beverage "tab" for the day, and the remaining $10 is the cost to use the facility. Guests under 12 are not charged. The Beach Club provides pool towels, and complimentary shuttle service between the development and the Beach Club. Guests have full access to the beach chairs, lounge areas and umbrellas. Cabanas are by reservation only and an extra fee applies. Renters are not permitted to reserve cabanas in advance but can inquire at the Pacifico Beach Club reception about availability and cost. The Pacifico complex is beautifully maintained and great for relaxing. About a 5 minute walk to the Grocery Store and about 15 minutes to Coco Beach. Pacafico is a great place to stay, Very safe and great amities. This condo was nice close enough to the beach and walking distance to the grocery store. I am lucky enough to travel a fair amount and stay and quite a few VRBO’s. Would be nice if they had a folder that had info about the town. Being I have been to coco 6 times, and have multiple locals we have become friends with getting around for us has become like home!
