Village des Pins is a community of tranquil villas with lush greenery, ponds, wildlife, oversized heated pool, hot tub, tennis courts, clubhouse w/ pool table, & outdoor grilling area. This resort-like villa is located minutes away from Siesta Key beach (#1 beach in the US), Lido beach, Venice beach, MOTE Marine Laboratory & Aquarium, Ringling museum, garden and theater, Big Cat Habitat, UTC, Nathan Benderson Park, many golf courses, fine dining & shopping.

The space
This single story villa has a skylight in the entryway leading to living, dinning area, and kitchen. Sliding doors to lanai from both living room and master bedroom. Off the kitchen is a breakfast nook with full size washer and dryer as well as a door to the attached garage. The oversized master bedroom has a king bed, en-suite bathroom, and a walk-in closet. Next to the entryway is the hall bath and the second bedroom with two twin beds. TV in each of the bedrooms as well as living room area. Enjoy movies at the villa on BlueRay, watch the nature in action, or catch some sun at poolside.

Beautiful and very clean house, conveniently located with plenty of shops nearby and only 10 minutes from the beach. It’s fully equipped with everything you might need — perfect for staying with a child, everything needed for cooking, and all beach essentials. The host was wonderful, with quick and easy communication. We truly enjoyed our stay and would highly recommend it!
