Property was terrible in general. Rooms were dirty and grimy. Door key didn’t work at check in, was told by staff I didn’t know how to work the door. Come to find out the batteries were dead. Entire floor of room felt slick, told the desk, was met with “huh that’s weird”. Just an overall bad experience. In town for 2 more weeks for work and cancelled my reservation at this property so I didn’t have to deal with it any longer.

The a/c was not working, the sink will not drain, and i saw like 3 dogs inside the building, the staff was the only thing that was worth being there to be honest.

The entire building smelled like cigarette. In the room there was an overwhelming smell of air freshener and it was hard to breathe. The front door was broken and the staff was cold and aloof. It appeared as though they were housing for temporarily homeless.

The staff was rude and not helpful since they acted like they were above us. No luggage carts when we got there and when we left. They have two carts for the whole building!! Everything is extra including the pool, workout space, housekeeping and by the way absolutely none of the housekeepers speak a single word of english so it its virtually impossible to get even a towel. Our sink was clogged when we walked in, the fan in the bathroom was moldy and we asked but they never did anything about it. Rusty bolt sticking out of thew wall in the shower and all the towel bars covers were falling off. The ambiance in the room reminds me of a jail cell. bare unfinished concrete and ugly shelves on the wall is all you get. You have to request housekeeping a day in advance so for a short stay you are out of luck. Truly the worst hotel stay of my life. Period.

Shay welcomed us with open arms and the entire staff was so professional.... amazing people!!!! Food was great, breakfasts were wonderful, and the room was huge... great stay!!! And close to everything... ideal!!!

Very unsafe outside of the building in the parking area. Dangerous people hanging out around the cars at night. I was very nervous about parking my expensive vehicle in the parking lot. There were people looking inside of windows of cars. I witnessed one man urinate on the building I was afraid they were going to possibly break into my vehicle, more than one who were guests asked them to call the police and nothing was done. They should have their own security in this area.

Good location, old bed sheet stained gave it when entering the room. First room air/heat not working. TV not connected. Required changing three rooms. The person of the desk really did a great job by solving each problem. Also use a better meal not the muffin sausage cheese.

The floors were dirty and sticky. The bathroom was NOT cleaned prior to check in. They only clean the rooms every three days. The queen bed is really a full size double bed. The staff is rude and the property is extremely understaffed. I believe the positive reviews are all AI bots or people that work there. Do Not book!

People were using drugs in the hallway and parking lot. Doors didn't lock, trash all over property, bathrooms had mold, room was VERY dirty. Room didn't look like it had ever been cleaned, trash cans were full when we went in. Hotel staff was very rude and indifferent to everything. Offered nothing but sarcastic remarks. We wound up leaving after the first night due to safety concerns. Horrible experience and waste of money!

Staff was accommodating and friendly. Issues with wifi and a/c, but they were solved by the staff. Good breakfast, comfortable beds, decent rooms Cleaning crew is understaffed - be sure to ask in advance if you need rooms checked or towel changes, etc.

Hotel is very dated. Bathroom is in poor condition. Shower base was broken and lumpy, patched with a giant sticker. Room and hallway reeked of marijuana despite signs posted wveeywhere stating no smoking. Room was also quite small. There was also constructiok. Going on in the room above us from about 8am until about 6pm, all weekend. Was never told there would be banging all day. I will not be staying here again.

Hello I have made an experience I will never need to make again. This hotel was sticky, I saw someone smock on one of the hall while they told me I cannot smoke and have pets. I had to cancel the reservation and check another hotel because I couldn’t sleep in a hotel like that. My idea for them is to clean, change the carpet, fix the AC machine so we won’t Get wader on the floor, have a better way to treat costumers even though we are different colors. I will never recommend to anyone else to go to this place if they don’t clean it.
