We always love coming to Anna Maria and this condo complex is central to everything. The pool is usually like bath water. It was broken this time and quite chilly. Our dishwasher broke 2 weeks in and was never fixed. The washer sounded like a jet airplane in the rinse cycle. Although Vacasa said they would have both appliances fixed, it never happened. The association has just voted out allowing renters with pets. So, we will not be able to come back. It's a shame we had to go through Vacasa. They seem to take the personality out of rentals and are not always the most helpful. I will say, Anna Maria has gotten prohibitively expensive to stay on...probably because of management companies like Vacasa...the last week, the island was so crowded! Two hour waits everywhere...it's really not worth it to go down over the holidays. ##### Anne M. Everything was clean and functional, we were happy with the condo overall. The Condo is on the second floor as listed, but it is up THREE flights of stairs. The communication with a Mgt company is preferred to an owner/operator, however the people answering the phone were different every time and were out of State.
