The made to order breakfast was delicious and offered a great variety of options, with something for everyone. It was the perfect way to start each day while enjoying the incredible pyramid view. What really makes this hotel stand out is the extremely friendly and helpful staff. Every single person was kind and professional, but a special thank you goes to Manna, Mariam, Ayman, and a staff member who served us breakfast everyday (I forgot his name). They all went above and beyond to make our stay comfortable and enjoyable. From helping us with airport pick-up/drop-off, local restaurant recommendations and tour arrangements to always greeting us with a smile, their hospitality truly made a difference. "Our room was amazing, we splurged a little bit on the corner room with a pyramid/“mountain” view and jacuzzi. The room was HUGE and very clean. The complementary breakfast buffet was great. The restaurant/balcony area was AMAZING and sooooooo beautiful. Uber was able to drop us off and pick us up here easily. "
