Booked a 3 bedroom apartment, and the rooms were very generously sized. Convenient location and easy parking. The rooms were a little dated, but comfortable. Some of the crockery had not been washed properly, but otherwise clean. Despite looking at their website before booking, however, we turned up to find that the pools were closed due to COVID (no specific restrictions, just a decision by their own management), and were told that we’d need to visit the local public pool if we wanted to swim. Given that the pool had played a significant part in our decision to book, this was very disappointing.

Cheap and it shows
Aquarius is well located and cheap, but that's about all it has going for it. Our family room was old and cheaply furnished. A lot of things didn't work - the aircon, the bathroom fan, the clock on the wall. The heater for one of the pools was broken meaning it was ice-cold. I got the feeling they don't do a lot of maintenance. The beds were really hard. As a cheap place at the beach it was just barely acceptable, but I wouldn't stay there again.

broken air conditioner, only one fan offered, so the bedrooms were very hot. oven did not work. Had no wifi access, although we were given password details. Did not see the staff around the resort at all.

Nice location.
Lovely location across from the bridge, easy walk to beaches, shops, clubs, boardwalk and fishing spots. Hotel room was a bit outdated, requiring maintenance, but having two bathrooms in one unit was a nice touch!! Indoor pool and spa was enjoyed by all the family, and bbq's used frequently. Enjoyed our stay.

I don't mind old , but I do mind fifthy
The accommodation was dirty.The carpet had not been vacumned. The floors did not appear to have been washed down, particularly in the bathroom and kitchen area. The cooker was dirty, specifically the knobs and the cook top. I could not bring myself to look in the oven. The hob took too long to heat up, that after waiting ten minutes, I ended up using the microwave. There were no microwave dishes in the unit, so I had to use one that I happened to bring with me. The microwave fucntions did not work...I did look in the book on how to use it. I had to wash the crockery, glasses and cutlery before use. The fridge was dirty. I washed the glass/cup ring marks off the coffee table. There were huge stains on the 2 sofas. I felt so uncomfortable that I sat on my own portable chair that I had brought with me. The dining chairs were also gross, stained and covered in bits of food. I washed down the table. There were drips of liquid down the door frames, could have been anything from tea/coffee to mud The chairs and table outside were dirty. I didn't want swim in the pool, it was far from inviting...and I was very conscious of the ingrained dirt.

The rooms were dusty and dirty looking especially the bathroom. Nothing like the pictures on the website, considering they only advertise their most expensive rooms.
