A cozinha é bem equipada. Sentimos falta de um fervedor. Os itens de uso da cozinha (xícaras, taças, talheres) não estavam todos disponíveis em três peças (éramos três hóspedes). Precisamos pedir a reposição. Alguns itens não estavam disponíveis para reposição, segundo a equipe. A limpeza inicial do flat deixou um pouco a desejar. Os móveis e o chão estavam com muito pó e precisamos limpar nós mesmos após a entrada. Camas bem confortáveis. Lençóis de cama com manchas vermelhas (pareciam sangue). Utilizamos nossos próprios lençóis e toalhas. Equipe da recepção (funcionários de outra empresa que compartilham o prédio) foram muito atenciosos, receptivos e prestativos. A localização é muito boa para quem quer fácil acesso ao Centro de São Paulo e à região do Brás. Metrô próximo e trem (CPTM) a uma média caminhada. Por ser centro de São Paulo, a região é perigosa, barulhenta e poluída. Já estávamos cientes disso e, para nós, estava tudo bem com relação a isso. Tomamos as nossas precauções possíveis e a estadia foi bem tranquila no final. Tem uma lanchonete e um mercado com padaria no próprio prédio, o que são ótimas facilidades. O estacionamento no local é pago por diária (R$20 a diária no nosso período de estadia, em julho de 2025). Pontos negativos: O sofá-cama era bem ruim. O Chão estava cheio de cabelo e pêlos nos cantos das paredes. Fizeram a limpeza, mas continuou sujo do mesmo jeito. Nas camas havia edredons bem grossos e para o sofá-cama uma manta fina e isso foi um problema, pois negaram cobertas mais finas e quem ficou com os edredons passou calor para que quem estava com a coberta fina não passasse frio. Pontos positivos: Boa localização, isolamento acústico.
