The hotel has an excellent location, we stayed in an apartment very comfortable and spacious, the Hotel is near the Iburupuera Park.

We stayed at this hotel for 4 nights. We are family of 4, with 2 young kids, ages 4 and 2. We stayed in the 3 bedroom suite and is was spacial and just perfect for our needs. The furniture and bedding linens show visible signs of wear and tear but other than that, everything was great.. The staff were super friendly and helpful and the location is awesome. This a residential area and it felt very safe. We would definitely stay here again!

Fantastic staff . Very courteous and polite including the management staff and the Kitchen staff. The rooms were a huge disappointment. Dishwasher did not work. Decor needs desperate update . Wood panels suppose to be gone longtime ago . 80's design. No coffee machine . I had to request but was delivered to my room. No complains about the staff . They did the best they could. For the price Marriott charges it was a disappointment .

Absolutely great staff! Rooms need upgrade.
Hotel staff was amazing and I give them all 10+. Hotel however, specially room, furniture, carpet, mattress, bathroom, sofa, curtain and even doors need a completely remodeling / replacement. Everything is a bit old and beaten. I was not expecting that from a Marriott branded hotel.

My 11 day stay here was really nice! My partner and I enjoyed the mini kitchen and little living room set up. Breakfast downstairs was always yummy and a decent selection to pick from. Good communication and cleaning was done every day.

Terrible!!! Very bad maintenance, old and dirty furnitures, we had a issue on the arrival when there was no hot water and dirty water coming out! We also had a water flood in the room and we were stuck with soaked carpets for 4 days!!!

Major construction immediately next door with a lot of noise. Under a flight path with constant fly-overs for most of the day. Leaky toilet not fixed. Water turned off on last day (had to use another room for a shower). A shame, it's in a great location and the people who work there are very nice

Equipe hospitaleira, mas o serviço foi ruim
Recepção foi muito gentil e hospitaleira. O café da manhã (no quarto por medidas da Covid) foi decepcionante. Além de sem graça, a variedade foi limitada, suco de laranja de caixinha, havíamos feito pedido de omelete/ovo mexido no dia anterior e acabou não vindo, enfim uma bagunça e decepção. Tem hotéis mais bem estruturados nas redondezas pelo mesmo valor.

Clean, comfortable apartments with full kitchen. Staff are attentive and courteous. Breakfast is delivered in room to minimize conglomeration. The neighborhood has many restaurants and shopping options.

Disappointing
Value for money far from ideal. This is not even a 3 star hotel. The shower was poor and reception didn’t take any action to change the room or at least to fix it. Room was super small and water on mini bar an extortion This was definitely the worst Marriott I ever stayed

Good location for longer stays. Not very convenient for short stays as it is slightly away from the areas where a tourist would likely venture. Construction around the hotel meant some noise. Gym in hotel was also under construction or renovation which meant there was a temporary gym in another room. Breakfast was good, though would have liked to see more varieties of fresh fruits. Hotel and restaurant staff all were very professional and friendly.

Comfortable hotel in Itaim Bibi, close to park
Large room, comfortable hotel in Itaim Bibi (safe business district, close to great restaurants and nightlife, as well as Ibirapuera park). Gym on-site. Comfortable bed. Would not hesitate in staying there again next time I am in town.

Great comfort and cleanliness with no frills.
Although breakfast could be a bit better and they do not have a full time restaurant on the premises the apartments are of excellent quality and comfort, especially their beds. I stayed in many high end hotels in Sao Paulo and although this place does not have some aesthetic thrills that are offered by big hotels it has been by far my first choice where to stay. There are also many good restaurants within 3 blocks, including one that has a full organic menu. The area is also safe to walk at night which in Sao Paulo it is a plus.

Good safe property for business travellers.
The staff here was very, very good. Knowledgeable. Helpful. And friendly. Located in a safe, good area. The property obviously caters to business travellers and does so well.
