The apartment has a bathtub with a city view and a 100" Samsung Freestyle screen. O Copan é um dos prédios mais icônicos e históricos de São Paulo, com mais de 60 anos, localizado no coração da cidade. Por se tratar de uma construção antiga, a rede elétrica é limitada. Para evitar quedas de energia, recomendamos não utilizar vários eletrônicos ao mesmo tempo. Usando apenas um de cada vez, tudo funcionará normalmente. A obra de restauração do edifício já foi concluída na área onde este apartamento está localizado, garantindo uma vista livre, sem a tela de proteção. O Copan é um prédio residencial com mais de 1.000 apartamentos, o que torna impossível controlar todas as unidades. Por isso, é natural que haja ruídos ocasionais.
