"O pessoal da limpeza deixa a desejar. Não olham para cima e tinha aquelas aranhas e teias pequenas no teto do quarto e do banheiro. Em baixo das camas muita poeira, parece que só passam pano ao redor, nunca arrastam os moveis para limpar. Tivemos que reclamar na portaria. Fora isso, a comida estava ótima! A localização é privilegiada! Tem piscina aquecida. Eu voltaria, mas sempre fazendo uma boa inspeção na limpeza."

"Very hospitable Lovely hotel and nicely decorated In the heart if Capivari and easy access to the main visitors attractions Great prices at the bar 15 reias for a caipirinha and it was lush Our room was huge with a kitchen a sitting room and dining area. Bathroom was adequate and shower works fine. Bedroom was spacious and no loud noise and well blacked out. Large TV with plenty of channels. Good facilities saunas X 2 and warm pool Games room was empty most of the time but a canny pool table and air hockey to play Gyme at the back of the car park a little run down but does the job Open fire in the entrance foyer is lovely to sit by at night Large lounge area too to watch football or other with friends Only very few negatives Bed rock solid so be aware to fluff up a couple of pillows to not wake up with pains Take your own iron Laundry can get expensive All in all really happy we chose this hotel "
