We loved having the best of both worlds. We were staying in the jungle, but right across the street was the beach. The staff was amazing always, we loved it there. We definitely will be going back. You cannot go wrong. Staying at sunset at the Palms.

Room had no remote control and after asking several timers for it we never got one. Could not use the tv. Also the Expedia credit has so many limitations that it’s nearly impossible to use it.

The staff is very friendly. We had a great time. The only thing they need to improve is the food. The bufet selection was very poor. Food was not tasty. Very limited amount of Jamaican dishes. Fresh fruits were very limited and hardly any selection. The resort is beautiful. I can’t stress enough how friendly the staff was. They just need to improve the food. The specialty restaurants were very good. The Indian restaurant was excellent. The resort cleanliness was excellent.
