Dear Mr H, Thank you for taking the time to review your stay with us. We understand your disappointment of not having a private pool, however you had made two different bookings - one with a private pool and one with a shared pool. As explained, since you cancelled the one with the private pool we had a shared pool reserved for you and unfortunately we did not have availability to upgrade you to a room with a private pool. ''I'' and ''C'' both informed you that since you wished to have a private pool they would free the room next door from upcoming reservations in order to make the pool you had private. Both informed you in separate occasions about the charge- to which you agreed. All rooms with a pool (both shared and private) face towards the West, so all have a direct view of the sunset. Additionally, there is a cook available until 4pm. The snack menu is freshly prepared on site- for instance items on the menu such as the club sandwich cannot be premade. Kindly note that the pool lights where fixed on the day you informed us that there was a technical fault. We are sorry for the inconvenience caused as a result of not having a private pool with your partner. We hope to host you again on another occasion.
