The property is beautiful, the staff quite helpful, the pool area is spectacular. The black sand beach, perfect… it is an added bonus that our dinner was simply fantastic! Top quality food and excellent service. Strongly recommend.

Good place for airport transfer
Hotel Imperial was great, it is close to the airport and check in is 24 hours so if you are arriving very late or early it is a good place to stay. The rooms were nice and clean. There is no complimentary WiFi in the rooms, but some in the lobby and pool bar. The free breakfast was buffet style and good.

It is a beautiful property, lovely rooms and decoration, it has a pathway tot he beach which is 4 minute walk. The restaurant offers good food at reasonable prices, the airport is really close so you get to watch planes take off really close and it's a good view. They had live entertainment and it was all fun. The only complain was that the pool was not very clean but due to the surroundings, I an see why it would get dirty really quickly. Overall, I would definitely stay here again without a doubt.

It was ok if you just like to stay in the resort. The location is far from the city. The staff were friendly and helpful. We had a problem with the shower but it was fixed the next day. The breakfast buffet was great but if you order from menu, the choice is limited.

It was definitely not as accessible to public transportation, but the amenities were great! its a great get away from the busy areas of santorini, so its good for relaxation. I loved the access to beach, or just all the amenities i stayed in the hotel for a day to just soak and enjoy all their amenities, pools, pingpong table, cabana, beach, etc. it was definitely a peaceful place

Little gem in Kamari
We stayed here for 3 nights as part of an island hopping holiday and it was a great place to base ourselves in santorini. The hotel was beautifully kept and the staff were fantastic - particularly Panos behind the bar in the evenings. The noise from the airport is minimal and lasts about 10s at a time so don’t let that put you off!

Excellent hotel at outstanding value
Excellent hotel at an amazing value. Arguably better than the hotels on the Caldera side at the fraction of the price- room, breakfast, pool and service was on par, if not better than them. The trade off obviously is the location, there is no view to be had, and is a long way from the Caldera, though a cheap shuttle is provided to Fira. It is however very close to the airport and easier to reach the black sand beaches on the eastern side.

When we arrived at the hotel we were told that the booking had been made incorrectly and that we were staying at another Hotel the Hotel Med. On Saturday afternoon 19th September we were again told that we had to move form the Hotel; med for one night to another hotel. This was dreadful treatment and I am very upset that our holiday was so badly organised . My daughter has recently been ill and I had hoped for a restful time. The inefficiency with bookings basically ruined our holiday. I also understood that transfers were included in the price of the holiday but had to pay for transfers to and from the airport. I would like to know how this mistake in the booking was made.

My stay was terrible. It was the last day of my honeymoon and I booked it for one night because it was close to the airport. When we arrived nothing was explained to us, we had to ask all the questions. For example, we walked to the beach thinking there would be towels there. When we got there one of the housekeeping people told us we needed to get towels from the front desk, which was not a close walk. So we had to go all the way back to get towels, and then give a 10 Euro deposit per towel. For the price I paid it was not worth it.

We stayed here on our first night in Santorini. We had booked a windmill suite for our honeymoon and were informed upon arrival that none were available. They instead "upgraded" to us a suite above the lobby, which was simply an overpriced two bedroom space with way too much space that we did not need. Our luggage had not yet arrived so we could not enjoy the pool area, but it seemed large and quite nice for a swim. We walked down the path to their private area on the beach and enjoyed the view along with a drink at the pool bar. The World Cup match was on but the TV at the pool bar was turned off so we decided to go to Kamari and watch it. We paid the hotel driver to take us closer to town as the hotel is a 30 minute walk from any restaurants or bars. That evening when we arrived back to the hotel the man at the front desk was rude when we inquired about the status of our lost luggage. The next morning when we went to check out, the woman at the front desk was again rude to us when we asked her to call us a cab and she said "No!" claiming there were no cabs at all, while my husband was able to call us a cab from his cell phone which arrived in 15 minutes. They also bristled at the prospect of using our debit card to pay for incidentals and insisted that we pay in cash. The hotel staff were not accommodating or kind to us in any meaningful way (save the bartender at the pool). We were quite happy to check out early and move onto our hotel in Fira...after taking a cab back to

We booked what we thought would be a top-of-the-line holiday and paid a significant amount of money for a package that had us staying at premium "4 or 5 star" hotels. This hotel is a run-down place that would hardly merit 1 star. A barking Rottweiler was tied to the fence out behind our "terrace", broken and rusted fixtures in the room, missing a drawer in the cupboard, a fluorescent light fixture had no cover, etc.;, a broken fridge that idled loudly, crappy amenities, the products like shampoo and bathroom slippers were pitiful & mismatched and looked as if they'd been purchased from a flood sale or end-of-lot warehouse sale, a funky odor throughout.... the list is too long to summarize. Add to this, the fact that you are nowhere near the Santorini you have seen in pictures; the cities of Thira & Imerovigli are at least a 15 minute cab or hotel shuttle bus ride away - and the shuttle doesn't run past 8pm. and that you are directly across the road from the airport so regularly hear planes taking off and landing; and that the hotel offers only a buffet dinner for 25 Euros and not really Greek food in a tent style room with plastic windows/sides that you might expect to see hastily erected on someone's property for a wedding; and the fact that the black lava rock beach is not well maintained, full of garbage and painful on your feet. and you get a sense of why we were disappointed. Not the 5-star accomodation it's supposed to be, that's for sure. Don't be fooled by the hotel's website ... this place is a DUMP!

Perfect for a beach hotel !
Nice hotel, Super friendly staff!! Always helpful and there for everything. Big hotel with private beach access, big pool and restaurant open. The cleaning ladies came everyday with enforced covid hygiene. Breakfast delicious with good choice ! Whole hotel cleaned thoroughly everyday, respecting covid measures. Just great !:-) Only inconveniance is the proximity to the airport... but during covid times, was totally fine!

Hotellin allasalue on todella kiva. Iso uima-allas ja hyvät ravintolapalvelut. Huoneet ovat siistit. Rakennuksia ympäröi kaunis kreikkalainen puutarha. Lentokentän kiitorata sijaitsee ihan hotellin vieressä. Lentokoneiden äänet eivät kuitenkaan ole häiritseviä yöaikaan.

Rett ved flyplassens rullebane. Perfekt når du trenger overnatting før eller etter landing, og vil nyte alle timer på Thira. Fint bassenganlegg, trivelig service og herlig nærhet til havet! Regn med flystøy.

Near to airport, comfortably stay
We stayed there for one night as we arrived in midnight and this hotel is near to the airport. The room is clean and tidy but the white towels are grey. Breakfast is good. They have a swimming pool but we didn’t use it. Overall speaking, it is good value for money.
