Experience indoor The 250 sq. m. villa has an open plan living area with a cozy lounging space, a dining area and a high end fully equipped kitchen. Comfortably sleeping 10 persons, there are four main bedrooms all equipped with a queen double bed and a loft with a double bed. 2-4 additional guests can be hosted at the very comfortable sofas of the house at an extra cost. The villa contains three bathrooms and it also includes all the amenities appropriate for a luxury and high-quality vacation. Some of them are: hot water, television, wi fi, air conditioning, daily housekeeping, portable barbecue, and two fireplaces (for the winter). She is a great communicator, and was very helpful with dinner recommendations, rental cars, arranging a catamaran cruise, and a private chef. The home is lovely, and the pool area is delightful. It’s a quick drive to pretty much anywhere on the island. Warning to folks with children, pretty much everything is white, so be careful with dirty feet! This villa was perfect for my parents, my two adult sons and me and my husband. Everyone had their own spaces and plenty of room to spread out. The outdoor area is the star of the show - amazing. Messaria was out of the way and not in all the crowds but a quick car ride away. Stavroula was amazing and always a text away when we needed help. The only downside was the construction next door that started at 7 AM and sometimes went until 5 or 6 PM. They seems to be new construction all over the island. The home had plenty of room for our group of 7. The housekeeping gal was very sweet. She came to the house every day and always did a little extra like hanging the clothes that we left in the washer. That was very much appreciated. The villa is a bit of a distance from both Fira & Oia but there is a cute village with restaurants and stores within walking distance. We chose not to rent a car so we used car services when we went to the bigger towns. That can be quite costly but with 7 of us dividing the cost it wasn't so bad. She contacted me prior to arrival with recommendations and information, then was waiting for us at the villa to greet us and let us in. She messaged us several times during our 6 day stay to check on us to see if we needed anything. Bora the housekeeper was friendly and helpful and did an excellent job talking care of the villa. We were so pleased to see a cat and kittens in the backyard, and Bora takes care of the cats too. The villa was amazing and the pictures don’t do it justice. Everything about it was top notch. We spent a great deal of time lounging around the pool and cooking delicious meals in the well appointed kitchen. We rented 2 cars and the villa was a perfect location for exploring the island. We were two famiies of seven adults staying at this villa and this review is from all of us. Stavroula, the property manager, is a treasure and we are very grateful to her for everything she did to assist us during our stay. She was very responsive and helpful with all our questions and requests. The housekeeper was discreet; we appreciated her flexibility around us. We loved the outdoor space: terrace, seating areas and pool. The town of Messaria is about 10 minutes walk & has a supermarket, bakery, coffee shop, restaurants, vehicle hire etc. Fira is accesible by bus or approx 40 minutes walk. There are footpaths behind the property otherwise its a very busy road into Messaria. Beaches are accessible by bus. The villa description is misleading: it's a four not five bedroom property. The beds are all doubles. There is a low ceiling mezzanine with a mattress on the floor. It was impractical for use for reasons of privacy, too hot and no blinds or covering for the roof windows. We were two couples and three single people of different ages and abilities expecting five bedrooms. Six bottles of water were provided on arrival however we had to walk into town daily to stock up (tap water is not drinkable). Maybe having a daily water delivery could be an option for guests who do not have a vehicle or less able to carry several bottles of water up a hill. Overall we enjoyed our stay and would recommend this villa. ##### Megan W.
