I love this hotel, the breakfast menu has different options to choose from. I spent my birthday at the hotel and they made my birthday extra special for me. The service overall was amazing.

I recently had the pleasure of staying at the W&P Hotel in Santo Domingo and I must say, it exceeded all of my expectations. From the moment I arrived, I was greeted with warm hospitality and a genuine desire to make my stay as comfortable as possible. The hotel's location is fantastic, situated in the heart of Santo Domingo with easy access to the city's attractions and amenities. The rooms were beautifully appointed, with modern decor and all the amenities one could ask for. The bed was incredibly comfortable, ensuring a restful night's sleep after a long day of exploring the city. One of the highlights of my stay was the exceptional service provided by the hotel staff. They were attentive, friendly, and always went the extra mile to ensure that I had everything I needed. Whether it was offering recommendations for local restaurants or arranging transportation, their professionalism and dedication were truly commendable. The hotel's facilities were also top-notch, including a stunning rooftop pool and bar with breathtaking views of the city. It was the perfect place to unwind and take in the vibrant atmosphere of Santo Domingo. Overall, I highly recommend the W&P Hotel to anyone visiting Santo Domingo. We originally had a room that had construction going on directly above it, so that was not a nice surprise to wake up to. They did move us to a quieter room after my husband requested. Also the breakfast was just ok, definitely overpriced for the quality.

I was accuse for stealing multiple snacks due to there policy stating (anything you eat from your room will be charge) i only ate 1 sneaker candy and they try to charge me for multiple snacks. I almost end up spending 110 extra dollars for my stay because somehow snacks was missing eventho i was only staying for just 2 days. Some employees try to force you to tip them for helping you out on finding a location on finding areas to hang out at. Whoever comes here please be prepare!

Not breakfast for early tours
If you will go to tours in the island and go out very early in the morning, I’ll recommend not to pay for breakfast with the reservation, because you will lose the gourmet. They gave you a very poor sandwich with an apple and a banana. I tried to change for a pie the night before, and they don’t want to. I lost $18 dollars.
