Terrible experience
No wifi from the beggining even do it was an ammenity included. First night we had no electricity and had to change to another smaller room. Second night we had no water!! And then found out by one honest hotel staff member that the water we had before was from a reservoir on the roof! 3rd day we left to another hotel cause we could not stand the nightmare any longer. Ohh and the full size bed collapsed the first day and had to be fixed too....

The Mini Turn Up
It was overall a great stay! I cant complain about anything being it was my first time in Santo Domingo, Dominican Republic. I would definitely stay here again and I recommend the Deluxe Luxury Apartment.

this is not an hotel. it's just a bad house
there is nothing good that i can say about my trip at this hotel. it was desastrous. the photos that i saw on trivago was totally different.

This hotel is dingy, but I wanted the lowest price and was willing to make the trade off. Theres better options even at this lower end of the price scale.

The Room Was A Little Disappointing But Still Comfortable. What I Couldn't Handle Was The Bathroom. It Was Too Small. It Was Impossible To Sit Straight On The Toilet And The Showercabin Is So Small That Someone With Extra Weight Won't Fit.

Good location, very helpful staff. Put an extra double bed in our room for our children, went out to get food for us at night, did our laundry - excellent service. Rooms are not the newest but comfortable enough, with fridge and air conditioning. Make sure to bring mosquito repellent though!

You Get more Than what you Pay for
The hotel is located in the center of zona colonial of santo domingo old buliding but very well repaired. the staff is cooperative specially the dean mr eugenio. thanks for all.

the worst i have ever seen
If i had to rate that piece of garbage, i would give it -0. Dirty, stink, all the dirt from the ceiling can be seen and think any animals like small snakes or rats can fall on you, but after 2 hours trying to get another room with no success, i was forced to pay the full $ 35.00 which i paid and then i called a cab to take me to another nice place and i only paid 40. I taught Hotels.com had many good hotels but they accept all kind of trash to present to customers. I will never ever mention hotels.com to any friend because that experience.

This was my first visit to DR. The hotel gave away my room and never notified me or apologized for their horrible behavior. Never again.

No balcony, no wifi, good location
Forget about the balcony which did not exist. Forget about wifi that does not work, every time we asked they said "20 minutos". Forget about reward points, Hotels.com told me afterwards that the hotel told them we had cancelled - to avoid their fee to the site? Relatively clean. Good location. Would not recommend.

Na miejscu brak informacji o rezerwacji, brak śniadań - w momencie pytania o śniadania informacja że obiekt nie ma kuchni więc śniadania niemożliwe. Obsługa tylko w języku Hiszpańskim. Warunki słabe dla bardzo niewymagających podróżników.Dobry punkt do zwiedzania.

El hotel fue pesimo. Ellos quitan el agua por la noche y tuvimos que esperar hasta las 10am para que el encargado abriera el registro. El desaseo es total, hay cucarachas y ratones. Nos entregaron toallas y sábanas rotas. Y no hay nadie con quien se pueda reclamar

My worst hotel in my life
No good thing... I will not stay here even if the price is only 3 dollers per a night... No accepting credit card , no hot shower,, no water!!! I couldn't wash my hand and face,, of course , after toilet ,,, no flash... Cz no water... There is one staff during daytime,, she cannot understand English at all,, she said breakfast is 8:30, but she never give us it until I told please give breakfast,, so we were waiting and waiting,,, wasted time.. Every information is all lie,,, it's the worst hotel in my life

nos agrado mucho, pues queda ubicado en la zona colonial y los paseos fueron caminando. el personal del hotel muy agradable y atento a prestar su ayuda siempre( sra Josefina-Sr.jorge) regresare en los proximos meses

Maravillosa atención super céntrico.
Excelente ubicación, super céntrico, la atención de su personal es de lujo, en especial la Joven Josefina es super buena vibra y muy atenta, te hace muy hogareña la estadía allí, y para parejas Lgbt es super seguro y limpio, te sientes en ese hotel como en casa, ampliamente recomendado.

sencillo y bonito para una alma aventurera
Saludos desde Alemania, estuve en este hotel y me parecio muy bien para el precio, el servicio es muy amable, el hotel muy colonia sencillo pero bonito y si te gusta el sabor del caribe lo escucharas en la noche desde el colmado de la esquina , me ha gustado mucho!!

Obtienes lo que tu pagas...
El aparto hotel cumple con los requisitos necesarios para llegar, tener donde dormir, ducharse y cocinar (en algunos casos) Vas a obtener lo que pagas y algo mas, buena atención por parte de las personas que en el Laboran, yo tuve requisitos adicionales a los solicitados previamente y con gusto me resolvieron. Yo lo recomiendo

Mal hotel
Muy mal lugar para hospedarse, sobre todo por la deplorable actitud del dueño. No hay agua caliente aunque dicen tener, huele mal y las habitaciones son muy oscuras.
