El peor hotel en el que me he quedado, sin luz y sin agua por la mañana. Solicité mi reembolso y la respuesta fue que no era problema de ellos, cuando en teoría tenían generador electrico.

Primero los precios en internet vs lo que se cobra en el hotel no es lo mismo tienen que ser honestos sobre estas cosas, el hotel no ofrece ni desayuno y ni siquiera una botella de agua de cortesia. Los pasillos olian a cigarrillos

When we first arrived the hotel was closed, it was 4 pm. We rang the bell and a woman came out to open the door. We did the check in and when it was time to pay she said she was charging me taxes because I was paying by card. Had I paid cash, she would have given me the rate given by Expedia. We went up to the room and when we entered, the smell of humidity was really bad although partially masked by the smell of detergent. I took it as a sign that the room was clean but there were long black hair all over the floor, so bad that I would not let my kids take their shoes off. The toilet was broken and the water would not stop running after it was used. We turned on the TV and only the basic channels were available. We also did not see get any wifi signal. The beds were also far from confortable just from sitting on them. In the end we decided not to spend the night there. As we left the receptionist said she would not give us a refund. I would have expected nothing less…

I stay at this boutique hotel often. It is located in a very area. Staff is extremely friendly and always helpful. Rooms are clean and comfortable.

I’ve been using this hotel for the past 2 years and in every visit I can notice the condition of this hotel diminishing. The beds are harder, bad quality pillows, no comforters, no soap, leak in the bedroom, loud guests. Really sad to see this has changed, I guess there is new management because Im no longer seeing the same staff as before.

The Hotel Real Bella Vista is convenient to shopping and ding choices. The breakfast included is also good start to the day. This particular stay had a problem when the room next dooe apparently stopped up a drain and my room ended up getting flooded with sewage.

Not all it’s cracked up to be!
The cleaning staff for the rooms were nice and did a good. Most of the front desk were not helpful and just flat out rude. The parking spots are so small that there is no way to get out of your car if they are all full.

The cleaning staff were great! Some of the front desk people were good others we found to be rude. The TV never worked in our room after repeated calls. Then the other room the tv was fixed after 2 days.

1. The location is strategic very close to the important businesses and attractions of the city. 2. The breakfast is delicious 3. I will suggest that the doors be a little more hardened they seem to be easy to break in.

Great place to stay
I really liked their Wifi because its a strong signaI. And I liked their breakfast buffet. its a Dominican style buffet. The front desk was friendly and knew how to speak good english. I will be staying here again

The Wifi is great here
I enjoyed staying here the main reason is because of their free Wifi was better than any other hotel I been at in the Dominican Republic. I like to use the Wifi to watch streaming video and it worked perfectly there. I stayed their the first day and then rented their again, but I rented a less expensive room that was smaller, I told the I wanted the same room that I had the day before so they moved me to the bigger room at no cost. Their free breakfast is all you can eat and is a Dominican style breakfast. Its on a one way street and the area seems safe and is near a lot of businesses. The only thing I didn;t like is that sometimes the parking lot is too crowded.

I selected a larger room this stay and the shower was a big improvement over my earlier stay. It was larger and had a wand shower head and much better water pressure. The room during my previous stay had a small refrigerator which this room did not have. The hotel is relatively close to two grocery stores which makes it easy to pick up bottles of soft drinks and water as well as other snacks. The breakfast every morning is a great way to start the day. There are lots of places within walking distance to get good food.

The rooms are a bit small and have poor aeration. All of the staff are very nice and accommodating which kind of made up for the small stuffy room. I would stay there again though. It’s a good budget hotel.
