This apartment is perfect for couples, families, business travelers or anyone who wants to have a good time and relax.  
  
The area feels safe around the apartment, there are grocery stores and supermarkets nearby and the building has secured parking space, security cameras in common areas, entrance door with remote control and security is 24/7.  
  
The best and most reliable means of transport is UBER.  
• No parties or events are allowed. Maintain quiet after 10:00 pm.  
• All guests must adhere to Residencial Torres Catalanas policies.  
• Lost keys, remotes, or keycards incur a US$50.00 charge.  
• Maximum occupancy is 8; excess occupants will be asked to vacate.  
• Up to 2 visitors allowed at a time; overnight visitors must be declared in  
reservation with a $10 fee per person per night after the second guest.  
• Undeclared guest fee is US$20 per person per night.  
• Stained or damaged towels, sheets, or covers incur a $30 fee each.
