Welcome to our luxurious 1-bedroom, 1.5-bathroom apartment, perfect for short or long-term stays. Enjoy the convenience of 2 secure parking spaces and in-house amenities including a washer and dryer, soap, shampoo, hair dryer, extra linens, and towels. Our fully equipped kitchen has everything you need for a comfortable stay. Experience tranquility, privacy, and security in a high-end building that boasts a stunning rooftop social area complete with a lounge, grill and pool . Situated in the heart of Santo Domingo, you\`re just steps away from the city\`s best restaurants, supermarkets, pharmacies, shopping malls, and hotels. Ideal for business travelers, couples, or tourists looking to explore this vibrant city. Guests can access the entire apartment and the social areas of the condo. I\`m always available via the messenger. The apartment is located in El Millon, a quiet residential area of Santo Domingo. Just 40 minutes’ drive from Las Americas International Airport. El Millon is one of the best and safest neighborhoods in Santo Domingo, near pretty much everything. Enjoy easy access to downtown Santo Domingo, shops, many restaurants and vibrant nightlife. The best and most reliable means of transport is UBER. House Rules No parties or events are allowed. All guests must follow Torre Panorama 310 condominium policies. Occupancy limit: 2 guests. Only registered guests are permitted—no surprise visits. Local residents must contact the host before booking. Identification & Communication A valid photo ID is required prior to arrival. All guests must provide a working phone number. Noise & Conduct Quiet hours after 10:00 PM—keep noise to a minimum. No loud music or loudspeakers at any time. Need previous reservation to be able to use the social areas. Respectful behavior is required in all common areas. No walking in hallways, stairs, or elevators in bathing suits or without a shirt. Fees & Damages Lost keycards/remotes: $50 fee. Stained/damaged linens: $30 per item. Undeclared guests: $20/night fee. Smoking violation: $200 fee. Late check-out: 30+ mins late: $50 fee. 2+ hours late: Additional full day’s charge (does not extend stay).
