The hotel was superb and had really friendly staff. They provided an excellent service throughout the stay and as it was our honeymoon, left us some bubbles and chocolates to make our stay extra special, which I really appreciate! The only downsides I’d say are: there’s no daily bottled water provided in the room and it takes a little long to be seated and breakfast. Other than that the hotel is outstanding!

Concerning water, we do, as you mention, offer the first bottles of water. For refill, Room Service can be contacted, and you will be charged accordingly. However, after your first stay at a PortoBay Hotel, you become a Prestige Blue Member which gives you special discounts and benefits including complementary water and coffee capsules every day.
