I liked the way the waiters did their job but not the reception the bed sheets was old it’s better to change the space between faucet for washing hands are very small thankyou

The staff at the hotel are amazing. Special call out to inish in the spa. Compared to other 5 stars this wasn't quite there for us. The spa is a bit basic, breakfast was ok, the guys in the bar were super helpful. We booked the spa massage and meal deal, massage and spa was fine relaxing etc. but the meal was bland, with some of the food undercooked and not seasoned. To their credit they did try to rectify, a free cocktail etc... Lisbon was great, though. Would probably stay somewhere else though rather than come back to the hotel,

5-star?
Not sure how this hotel ranked 5-star and rated in 9.0, which was the reason why I picked this hotel. Overall our experience isn't close to 5-star. Guestroom hallway and entry doors are narrow and are looking like motel. Guestroom design is ok, but the floor, carpet and furnitures are old and shaggy. Views from the 4th floor are either facing busy road or outdated buildings, and guess it should make no difference in higher floor. The breakfast is pretty poor in quality compare to other hotels I stayed during the trip. Also, one episode.... someone (I think it is bellboy) puts other guest carriers in our room when we were out. It was really bad feeling not just having someone in our room but also knowing the one didn't move it out when realized it was occupied (obvious). When I called the front desk to check, the response was that he has no idea and there is nothing he could do. Again... 5-star?? I wouldn't recommend this hotel to others.

We stayed in this hotel for a total of 4 days (3 days, then returned for another day. The staff is very friendly and ready to help. The breakfast is awesome. The room is well designed. A small but important thing for the hotel management to follow up. On my 4th day, i noticed the comforter smells not good. It is likely the green policy that causes less washing for inner comforter. I called the front desk and it got resolved right away.

Great hotel, great staff, good facilities.
We had a great stay at the Iberostar Lisbon hotel. The rooms were fantastic (we selected twin with city view), with comfortable beds and facilities. The breakfast included was lovely which included hot and continental options. The facilities at the hotel such as the pool & gym were good. The staff were amazing, we were affected by the UK air traffic control issue and the team were amazingly accommodating. They were able to secure us rooms for 11 people again to cover our extra few nights. Really great experience and we would stay again.

Bad air conditioning and poor/rude staff service. Avoid this property. When we arrived to our room the A/C system was not working. Lisbon was very hot at the time so we were looking forward to a cooler room. We talked to the front desk to have them fix and then left for dinner. Upon return a few hours later, the A/C was still not functioning. We talked to the reception again and they said they would “activate it” from their computer at the reception desk and to “wait 15-30 minutes” for it to kick in as it was slow. We noticed there were 4-5 other rooms that had similar complaints on the reception desk notes. We waited 45 minutes before talking to reception again. This time they said that maybe we were using the A/C wrong and that their maintenance man “just fixed” the issue and to wait another 30 minutes. We waited again. Finally, at 12:30am we went to reception, to find most of the staff had left. The lone reception staff left confirmed the room was indeed “uncomfortable” at 75F (24C) and that we would have to “suffer a bit” tonight and they would accommodate us in the morning. The next morning we returned to the front desk for the 5th time and they said there was nothing they could do for us to accommodate. We were finally able to switch to a new room later that afternoon which they promised was “a superior room” which turned out to be the same room type on a different floor. Throughout our interactions with the staff they were very rude and seemed annoyed.

I came with a friend so we wanted to explore. We were able to walk to the hotel from the metro 10 minutes. The restaurant over the road was fabulous & other restaurants in area. No one was in the hotel restaurant so we gave it a miss. Drinks in bar expensive but we expected that. Spent our last day by the pool as we were exhausted! Definitely recommend. make sure you have sensible shoes as pavements are lumpy! Fabulous position to get about & metro is cheap.

Housekeeping was rarely done. The rooms are very weirdly designed..we got two twin beds stuck together despite asking for a queen or king bed. Apparently this is the case in every room?

Seems a 4 star hotel, the bedsheet was ripped, I have to ask twice to fill more with hand soap and bring toilet paper. The room was big and comfy. Good locaction

Had a 3 night stay for our anniversary.hotel was nice but wouldn’t put it in the 5 star bracket.spa and pool was excellent but wasn’t told about the free spa with your stay which was a bit disappointing but overall enjoyed Lisbon very much.probably wouldn’t stay again for the money paid

Nice clean hotel with spacious rooms (for City centre) in great location for metro and exploring Lisbon. Not sure I would rate it 5* though? Only downside was the air conditioning which wasn't the best in the rooms and wasn't very effective in reception / bar area which always seems hot.
