Fantastic service, excellent facilities, breakfast was excellent value. Turned our entire trip from a nightmare to a dream. Special shout to Jorge on reception he made the first impressions at the hotel with both of us very tired and one poorly and from the word go he bent over backwards to assist us firstly by giving us our room early so my partner could try and get some sleep and then answering all my questions and even directing me to the nearest pharmacy. Every member of staff we met or encountered during our stay were amazing. Well done and thank you ♥️

Super helpful and great with English.
The staff at the Hotel check in was very very helpful. A member in our family had a small medical issue and both Jaime and Christian were very helpful in getting us to the only pharmacy open. They also allowed us a later check out even though the hotel was fully booked for a holiday week and hosting the Sevilla Futbol team. Very much appreciate the kindness.

Great stay
Great room and great location on outskirts of Seville. Not far from bus stop to central Seville. Staff was very friendly and hotel was very clean. Nice gated parking, for a fee. There's a restaurant in the hotel, but would have liked to see more Spanish inspired dishes. Nice quiet area w/ shops and restaurants. + ice machine available.

Nice bed shame about the pillows!
Nice modern clean hotel. All the staff are friendly, attentive and helpful. Room was cleaned daily with fresh towels supplied. Nice comfortable bed let down by cheap flimsy pillows that enveloped you badly sadly. You get what you pay for not a complaint but the hotel is a long way from the city centre. It’s in a very residential area so a lot of taxi journeys as it’s a long walk into town.

Check-in staff were rude. We were assigned a small corner room with not enough room to place 2 suitcases anywhere. We asked to be moved to the size room we had reserved. Staff rude again. New room on low floor looked out onto a cement plant. Trash cans and loose trash in front of building. Area did not feel safe.

My family of three spent 6 nights here as a base from which to visit Seville and surrounding towns. Clean, comfortable rooms without frills, but great for the price point. Staff is professional and friendly, and the buffet breakfast is good, if not particularly special. Parking is a whopping 9€ a day, which seems a bit much considering the area, but it is clean, safe and you can take the lift from there to your floor. Although we had a car, we took the bus into town (20 mins) as Seville is notorious for its few and expensive parking options. The no3 bus that got us there was a comfortable 300m walk from the hotel. All in all, a great option for a family with young children as it is clean, quiet (it is far from bars and restaurants) and has great transport links.

The rooms are nice, bed was very comfortable, large tv, and they also have a fridge unlike many others who didn't. It was very quiet on our floor even though we were near the elevator. I would stay here again.

Great short stay before Seville Airport flight
We stayed at the hotel to catch an early flight out of Seville airport the next day. The rooms were quite attractive and fully equipped, including a small refrigerator. We ate at the restaurant for both dinner and buffet breakfast, and it was good. I will probably check out local restaurants for dinner the next time I'm there, but this time it was fine. On-site parking was convenient, though staff had a little trouble explaining exactly how to get in and out. Overall, a lovely experience and it's where we'll stay when flying out of Seville airport in the future.

The hotel was very nice and clean and had all the amenities we needed. On the negative side the location was a little sketch at night when walking around looking for food. We had dinner one night at the restaurant in the hotel and the food was absolutely horrible. With that being said we still enjoyed our stay.

Very nice and clean hotel. Short drive from airport. Lots of free parking on street in front of hotel. Good breakfast.
