Not a hotel as such, but has similar facilities and apartments are laid out as hotel rooms with all the usual amenities of a hotel suite which is perfect. It is not easy to find, though, so plan ahead and check map beforehand, especially if you're arriving on the metro because the metro station has several different exits and entrances. My apartment was a one bedroom and in great condition, maid service is every day and they provide continental breakfast for you every day, plus bathroom towels and toiletries as a hotel does. Reception is on 2nd floor, there is a sign on the door. The one problem I did have was that the swimming pool wasn't even open yet, it was in the middle of being renovated and re-decorated, so looked like a building site, it's on the 29th floor at the top. There is a gym open to residents next to the pool area and jacuzzi. The only issue I thought would be a problem with the room was that the building is located by a very busy main road, so the traffic could be a nuisance for anyone who wants quiet during the day, but wear ear plugs and it's not even a problem at all, it calms down by the later evening anyway. There are a few supermarkets very close by, near metro station and several coffee shops and restaurants. I had dinner at the Mizu sushi restaurant right by the entrance to the apartment building and it's really good. I would definitely stay here again next time in Santiago, but hope the pool is all ready to use by then!
