"We loved everything about this hotel. The front desk was wonderful, the hotel is super charming. The room was spacious, very clean and comfortable. And the best part is that is right next to the Cathedral. The only thing I wish is that Hotel.com would have been more accurate about the parking situation. The hotel does not have on-site parking because it’s located in the heart of the historic center (a block from the cathedral which is spectacular). The front desk reception apologized for the confusion and was very helpful but says she is constantly having to tell the guest who call to check in asking where to park that they do not have parking. Other than the parking issue, the hotel is lovely and just a short 7 min walk from the closest parking lot (Interparking Plaza de Galicia) but it’s still a distance from the hotel. If staying for a day or two, bring just a backpack and/or small carrying. A medium size or more than that may be difficult to walk with but doable."

"Stayed for one night at the end of doing the Camino. Lovely hotel, right by everything in the old town. Worth paying the extra for the superior room - gorgeous rooftop views over the city and the Cathedral from the bathroom."

"The room was nice and clean, bed very comfortable. We had reserved 2 rooms originally in which they charged us for 2 breakfast for each room. When we arrived they didn’t have espérate beds in the 2nd room so we rented an additional room and were told that we would not be charged breakfast for that room since we paid for 2 already in the other room. When we went to check out the staff member was not as friendly as the ones that assisted us it might have been that there was a long line of people trying to check in and out not sure but the previous days they had also been busy but they still took the time to go over everything with us. The staff member that checked us out was rushed and seemed impatient with us as I asked questions and tried to explain to her what we had been told about not being charged for the breakfast in the additional room and she stated that everyone has to be charged and if we had already paid for 2 in the other room that can’t be credited to a new room. None the less we ended paying for an additional breakfast for several days without having an additional person. We paid for 5 breakfasts and only were 4 of us. "

"Excellent hotel. Amazing and helpful staff. Large nice rooms . The combination of old and modern construction make the hotel very gorgeous. It is very close to the catedral of Santiago . Breakfast buffet very good. We will be back to Praza Quintana hotel "
