Amazing staff !!!! Quiet good room , the only issue is the shower space... is a huge challenge to fit into that little space :-)

Hotel bom, mas bem simples. Quarto super apertado, mais de duas pessoas ficaria impossível, como passamos só uma noite não teve problema. Recepção é linda e o staff atencioso. TERRIBLE BREAKFAST. TErrible!

The property is well maintained and convenient for the Sanctuary. The hotel looks like a boutique and the staff is outstanding. Doña Ana and Tania are the best receptionist we ever seen before. I travel since 35 years for business around the world, but Doña Ana and Tania are the best and human people I ever met. The breakfast is exactly what you need warm breakfast and healthy breakfast as well. I definitely suggest the hotel to everyone

Very quiet and homely atmosphere. Staff were very cordial and supportive. Very affordable. Shower stall is a bit tight in space but for the price we paid we have no complaints.

Perfect location for visiting the Shrine at Fatima. The staff was exceptional. The rooms are a bit sparse, but they had everything I needed for my stay.

One employee doubted why I used the restroom on the lobby a lot whenever I am in that area that she sent an employee to somewhat verify what I was doing. I found it out as I openned the restroom door, somebody was leaning on the door, listening. I explained to the younger female employee that I have a medical condition and just have been thru surgery. The other employee could have asked me directly, not send somebody.

The Family are so warm you feel like you are at home lovely food staff very helpful hotel perfect very clean all the sites in walking 10 min walk , the only thing I did not want to come home thank you for having us group of 5 just to mention stayed at this hotel around 17 times and so cheap Love to Anna And Paua x

The hotel is just immaculate. Its very clean, smells lovely, wonderful staff, location is perfect. The breakfast had a wide selection, everything was fresh and delicious. It is very close to the sanctuario and the bus stop as well. I highly recommend this place.

Very good decoration, the beds were really comfortable. Right next to the sanctuary, we were definitely very happy about our stay. Amazing value for money. We would definitely come back!

Pleasant stay in Fatima
The hotel was right in the heart of town and within walking distance to the Shrine and basilica .Breakfast was plentiful and lots of healthy choices like fresh fruit in season . I will definitely stay there again . Front desk was also helpful with directions to the main. Attractions and every one spoke English.

Clean, comfortable, and convenient
The hotel is an easy walk from the bus station and directly across the street from the Shrine; this will feel like a big deal after the nighttime Rosary and procession. Desk staff is friendly, helpful, and English-speaking. Rooms are nothing fancy but have what you need, including WiFi, a blow dryer, and liquid soap dispensers by the bathroom sink and in the shower. Some (not the one I was in) will have excellent views of the shrine. Breakfast is just OK, but I liked that there was a table specifically reserved for my room - no worries about waiting for a table at peak times. The restaurant serves dinner also.

Nice hotel near to the Sanctuary of Fatima
It is well located and fairly new/well maintained. Bed is comfortable and water pressure is strong. Breakfast spread is decent. Service staff is generally very helpful. I am very satisfied with the hotel for the price I paid for the rooms. The only complaint I have is you can hear other guests checking out of their rooms early in the morning.
