Free WiFi This spectacular villa with private pool in Cala Santanyí, close to the beach can comfortably accommodate 7 people. There's a private, 6 m x 3 m chlorine pool with a depth ranging from 1.2 m to 1.7 m and an exterior shower, where you will be able to refresh yourself during hot summer days. Afternoons can be spend basking in the sun on one of the six sun loungers or having a tasty BBQ on the shady terrace with straw-roof and white curtains. On the first floor, you will have access to an ample terrace overlooking the urbanisation and with sun loungers. This wonderful home is independent and totally fenced, located in a quiet urbanisation close to the beach and with direct neighbours. Please keep in mind that the basement of the house is not accessible. A colourful, comfy sitting-dining room with A/C invites you to watch a film on the satellite-TV, listen to music or have dinner with friends. The open kitchen with vitro hob is fully-equipped and has a washing machine, an iron and ironing board. Three bedrooms, two with double beds and one with one single bed, are located on the ground floor. The first floor is solely for one bedroom with double bed and spacious en-suite bathroom with bath tub and shower. Additionally to the en-suite bath, there is one shower bathroom and a bath with bath tub on the lower floor. All bedrooms have A/C, wardrobes and we can prepare one cot and one high chair for our youngest guests. A 10 minutes' walk takes you to the fine grained beach Playa de Cala Santanyí with crystal clear waters. In front of the coast and in the middle of the sea raises the rock Es Pontas, which is very popular for climbing. The whole east coast is hemmed by great beaches like Cala Figuera, Cala Llombars, Cala S'Almonia and Caló des Moro. Cala Egos surprises with a natural, rocky pool. The natural park Mondragó is quite close; nice for hiking or spending a day to the beach. The village of Santanyí has all necessary amenities for an independent stay. Wednesday and Saturday takes place the local market, where you can buy fresh fruits and vegetables, clothes and crafts. Las Salinas is famous for its salt production, and there you can not only buy high-quality salts but also see mountains of white salt drying under the Mediterranean sun. Furthermore, in Las Salinas there is a botanic cactus park. Note: This accommodation is intended for families and guests over 30 years old who are looking for a peaceful stay. Es ist ein traumhaft schönes Haus mit 4 Schlafzimmer und 3 Bäder sowie einer gut ausgestatteten Küche mit einen Wohnzimmer. Das mit viel Liebe zum Detail eingerichtete Haus hat mehrere Terrassen. Im Obergeschoss 2 Sonnenterrassen und eine überdachte Terrasse. Im.Bereich des tollen Salzwasserpools gibt es Liegen mit Sonnenschirm, Liegesäcke sowie einen überdachten Bereich mit einem.großen Tisch. Der Vermieter Pedro ist sehr nett.und überaschte uns beim Empfamit einem riesigen Obstkorb. Die Villa ist wunderschön, auch mit ganz viel Liebe zum Detail eingerichtet. Bei unserer Ankunft hat sogar eine riesige Schüssel mit Obst auf uns gewartet und eine Flasche Wein. Pedro hat uns zusätzlich zum Jahreswechsel einen Sack voll frisch gepflückter Orangen gebracht. Wir haben uns sehr, sehr wohl gefühlt und wären am Liebsten ganz viel länger geblieben. Kleiner Laden mit Bäcker ist zu Fuß auch gut zu erreichen. Pool wird regelmäßig gereinigt. Tolle Schlafräume und drei Bäder, so dass man sich hier nicht in die Quere kommen kann. Ein traumhafter Urlaub um in Ruhe zu entspannen. Ich werde auf jedenfall wieder hinfahren. ##### Markus B. Sehr gut ausgestattetes Haus, es hat an nichts gefehlt. Wir haben uns unglaublich wohl gefühlt. Die Beschreibungen und Fotos stimmen zu 100 Prozent. Und obendrein ein sehr netter Vermieter/Inhaber, den man jederzeit ansprechen kann und der sich persönlich 2 mal pro Woche um die Poolreinigung kümmert. Pedro, vielen Dank nochmal!
