The location was fantastic, offering breathtaking views from the balcony—perfect for enjoying meals. However, we were quite disappointed with the maintenance of the house. The furniture appeared well-used, suggesting the photos on the listing were taken some time ago. Der Check-in klappte problemlos. Nach der Hausinspektion innen, stellten wir fest, dass Staubfäden von der Decke hingen. Die Badezimmer ungepflegt und angewohnt waren. In der Küche konnten wir 2 Töpfe werden. Die restlichen wiesen im inneren Rost auf. Das gleiche war auch in der Microwelle (innen), Spüle und die Warmhalteplatte von der Kaffeemaschinen zersetze sich. Die Coutsch im Wohnbereich war eingerissen. Bei der Fernbedienung vom TV fehlten die Batterien. Die Außenterassen konnten kaum von uns benutzt werden, da die Terassenmöbel defekt, verschmutzt oder rostig waren. Der direkte Zugang zum Strand war nach etwa 20m wegen Überwucherung nicht mehr nicht weiter zu begehen.Das Haus hat einen traumhaften Ausblick ist aber kein Traumhaus. Am nächsten Morgen kam dann der Wow-Effekt als wir auf die Terrasse gegangen sind. Bei diesem schönen Blick auf das Meer, will man die Terrasse gar nicht mehr verlassen. Vorteil und Nachteil zugleich ist, das man sich in einer Ferienhaussiedlung befindet. Ideal wenn man Ruhe sucht und die Seele baumeln lassen will. Nachteil ist, dass man zu Fuß nur die 2 wirklich schönen Badebuchten erreicht. Ohne Auto ist man aufgeschmissen. Allerdings haben wir in einem 10 km Radius alles gefunden was wir gebraucht haben. ##### Peter B.
