"Casa Tenis" is a beautiful estate, near the beach in the southern area of the island of Mallorca.

The house is only 2 km from the town and the port of Porto Petro. This magnificent house, with space for 6 people, has a 3m x 4m swimming pool with comfortable sunbeds where you can sunbathe, cool off and disconnect during your holidays. Its wide garden area covered by the green colour will allow you to enjoy breakfasts, lunches and dinners outdoors, moreover, it has a covered, furnished porch where you can also spend pleasant moments with family or friends. In addition, the barbecue will allow you to cook outdoors.

It has a bright living room with a dining table, with a Mallorcan rural style decoration. The well-equipped kitchen offers all the necessary cooking utensils. The house has 3 bedrooms, one of them with a double bed and a bathroom with a bathtub en suite and the other two with two single beds and another bathroom with a bathtub.

Near the accommodation, you will find restaurants by the sea, shops, and leisure activities to enjoy your holidays. The well-known Cala Mondrago or the romantic bay of "Calo de Sa Torre" are also just a few minutes away by car.

We thoroughly enjoyed our stay at Casa Tenis. The house stands alone on a hill just off a quiet road, with a beautiful garden and dining terrace up in the trees. Our children loved the pool and the beaches nearby (the closest just a 5 minute walk, many others close by too). Maria was very welcoming and helpful. This part of the island is so beautiful, and a welcome change from the busy developments elsewhere.

Die gesamte Anlage ist gepflegt und super schön. Der gechlorte Pool war tĂ€glich erfrischend und nie zu warm. Außerdem ist es die einzige Finca an der dortigen Stelle, man hat also komplett seine Ruhe. Keine 3min zu Fuß entfernt ist ein kleiner sĂŒĂŸer Strand der nie ĂŒberfĂŒllt war.

Einfach Alles

Leider war die Finka nicht ganz so, wie in der Beschreibung. Im Haus riecht es muffig, was sich auch nach Tagen nicht Ă€nderte. Die Ausstattung ist etwas dĂŒrftig, insbesondere fehlt es beim Besteck. Geschirr und GlĂ€ser waren teilweise nicht sauber. Sessel im Wohnzimmer sind mit Tesaband geflickt worden. Am Schlimmsten war aber der stĂ€ndige BaulĂ€rm, verursacht durch Außenarbeiten eines neu eröffneten Hotels gegenĂŒber. Der Pool ist wie die gesamte Finka schon etwas in die Jahre gekommen. Auch sieht der Pool auf den Bildern deutlich grĂ¶ĂŸer aus, als er in Wirklichkeit ist. Leider interessierte sich die Vermieterin nicht fĂŒr unsere Beschwerde mit dem BaulĂ€rm, obwohl dieser Umstand schon vor unsere Anreise bekannt war. Positiv bleibt mir nur in Erinnerung, dass die Finka sehr schön liegt, mit schönem Garten und viel grĂŒn. Der Weg zum Strand ist kurz und locker zu Fuß zu erreichen. Aber auch ohne BaulĂ€rm stimmt fĂŒr mich das Preis/LeistungsverhĂ€ltnis nicht, weshalb ich die Finka nicht weiterempfehlen kann.

In der NĂ€he von wunderschönen Calla‘s und Spazier- Joggingstrecke. Zu Fuss ins nahe Fischerdorf Porto Petro. Der Garten der Finca ein Traum zum verweilen. Der Pool klein aber fein. Tolle AbkĂŒhlung fĂŒr Chill & Lesetage in der Finca. Tennisclub Cala D‘or bei Jan tolle Tennischule besucht. Maria die Gastgeberin sehr zuvorkommend und zuverlĂ€ssig. Unvergesslich schöne Ferien verbracht!

Check in / out hat toll geklappt. Das Haus ist wie auf den Bildern, nur der Pool ist kleiner. Alles sauber, etwas muffig, aber in Ordnung. Leider bestand direkt an der Einfahrt ein Großbaustelle, an der 24/7 von 6.00-20.00 Uhr gearbeitet wurd, da die Eröffnung eines großen Hotels ansteht, war die GerĂ€uschkulisse unfassbar laut - dauerhaftes Anliefern und abladen, mit stĂ€ndigem lauten Piepen. Leider haben wir bis heute von der Agentur fewo-direkt keine weitere RĂŒckmeldung erhalten, obwohl man nach dem ersten Anschreiben(mit Bildern), noch wĂ€hrend des Urlaubs, versprochen hat, sich die Baustelle anzusehen und sich zu melden :-( Die Mails werden nicht mehr beantwortet. Die Vermieterin war nett u. zuverlĂ€ssig, ließ aber im Bezug auf die Baustelle nicht mit sich reden. Das Haus und die Lage ist grundsĂ€tzlich ruhig und schön, aber durch die Baustelle wurde die Erholung deutlich gemindert! Alles in allem einfach schade!

Ich habe schon eine Bewertung bei Ideal-Proberty abgegeben. Die Umgebung in Porto Petro war wunderschön. Das Ferienhaus ist in die Jahre gekommen. Die RĂ€ume waren zum Teil sehr unsauber. Den muffigen Geruch im gesamten Haus haben wir, trotz tĂ€gliches LĂŒften nicht wegbekommen. Besonders die KĂŒche roch unangenehm. Das Geschirr war unsauber. Der KĂŒhlschrank stank nach dem Öffnen nach Fisch. Deswegen sind wir tĂ€glich auswĂ€rts essen gegangen. Die Sessel im Wohnzimmer waren mit Klebeband geflickt, wenn man die muffigen ÜberzĂŒge anhob. Der Garten mit Pool war wunderschön. GegenĂŒber des Ferienhauses wird eine neue Ferienanlage gebaut. Da wurden wir tĂ€glich von BaulĂ€rm belĂ€stigt. Frau Maria hat unsere kritischen Anmerkungen gar nicht ernst genommen. Das check-in und die RĂŒckgabe dauerten je 10 min. Also, alles in allen wĂŒrden wir die FINKA in dem vorhandenen Zustand nicht empfehlen. Freundliche GrĂŒsse, Martin

Super sĂ©jour ! TrĂšs belle maison spacieuse. Le jardin a l’arriĂšre est super agrĂ©able. Et pas de voisins direct donc au top. On peut aller Ă  pied Ă  porto petro (15 minutes ) par un petit chemin qui part de la petite plage de sa torre.la propriĂ©taire est trĂšs sympa et disponible. Quelques dĂ©tails Ă  Savoir: la plage de cala sa torre qui est Ă  5 minutes a pied est vraiment toute petite! Il y en a une deuxiĂšme un peu plus grande dans le prolongement en empruntant le petit chemin pour aller Ă  porto petro. Pour accĂ©der Ă  la maison il y a des escaliers. L’équipement vaisselle est un peu lĂ©ger ( on faisait un repas et il fallait faire la vaisselle). Pas de wifi ( un peu dommage en 2022). Il y a un soucis avec le dĂ©bit de l’eau qui est liĂ© au quartier et pas Ă  la maison directement mais ce qui implique que malgrĂ© les deux salles de bains, nous Ă©tions obligĂ©s de faire une douche par une douche sans que personne n’utilise d’eau ailleurs dans la maison oĂč ne tire la chasse d’eau ou ne fasse fonctionner le lave vaisselle. La piscine est moins grande en vraie que sur les photos (donc pas pour ceux qui veulent faire des longueurs)

Lo mejor es lo silenciosa que es y el jardin que tiene. Invita a quedarse relajados largos ratos tras las visitas a las numerosas calas de alrededor. La propietaria muy atenta y pendiente de que todo este bien.

Das Objekt ist traumhaft, der Weg zum kleinen Strand ist sehr kurz und grĂ¶ĂŸere StrĂ€nde befinden sich in unmittelbarer NĂ€he. Das Objekt ist sehr sauber und bietet tolle Möglichkeiten, leider ist die Einrichtung beziehungsweise die BestĂŒckung mit Utensilien etwas spartanisch.

Wir haben die Finca mit 4 Personen gemietet und waren rundherum zufrieden. Die Angaben zu dem Objekt entsprachen den Tatsachen. Wunderbarer gepflegter Garten. Wir haben uns sehr wohl gefĂŒhlt. Die Verwalterin? Frau Maria war sehr freundlich und herzlich. Wir können dieses Haus nur empfehlen.

Nice house with a small and quiet beach within 5 minutes walking distance. House is located in a quiet neighbourhood, a few kms from Portopetro. Garden is very delightful with lots of trees and plants. Swimming pool is smaller than the pictures suggest (3x5 meters). House does not have airco, there are fans in the sleeping rooms. During our stay, the temperature in the house was high. There is no wifi.

FĂŒr 4 Erwachsene perfekt, die Einrichtung und Sauberkeit lassen nichts zu wĂŒnschen ĂŒbrig. Sehr schöne gepflegte Aussenanlage mit verschiedenen Sitzmöglichkeiten. Sehr ruhig und doch nicht zu abgelegen. Die TennisplĂ€tze sind in Hörweite, was aber nicht besonders störend ist. Einziges Manko war ein leicht muffiger Geruch im Haus, der auch in den 10 Tagen unseres Aufenthalts nicht heraus zu bekommen war.
