Although our stay was a bit disappointing, overall our stay was pleasant ! However this is not a place to go to if you are looking for a quiet and relaxing getaway since oud music is played during the entire day in the pool area and can be heard all over the complex! The services provided by the hotel are not what one would expect of a 4 star hotel and do not always reflect what is advertised on the website. The food is ok but not great and becomes monotonous, since the same food is served in all the restaurants with some minor variances. At breakfast only coffee is offered (instant from the machine).. if you want a nice freshly brewed coffee you need to go to the bar and if you want tea or hot chocolate you need need to ask for it separately if you can find a waiter. The "all inclusive" is a bit misleading since you have to pay extra if you want to drink a decent bottle of wine with your dinner. Last but not least the staff are not all properly trained, they do not always provide you with accurate information, and often contradict themselves. Although they have set up slots for meals you still need to queue and wait patiently in line for a while to be offered a table. If you do go, I recommend you book a table for dinner at the restaurant by the beach.
