Breathtaking sea views! Semi-detached house by the sea, completely renovated and with stunning sea views. The house offers three bedrooms and a private pool in the Es Forti - Cala D'Or area of ​​Mallorca. Direct access to the sea via the rocks. The house is spread over two floors. The furnishings in neutral colors with accented pops of color give the interior a cozy, relaxing atmosphere. The bathrooms and kitchen are decorated in a vintage style. On the ground floor, there is a kitchen with a pantry, which houses the washing machine and dryer. The dining room has access to a terrace overlooking the garden. The living area is very comfortable and has a reading nook; both offer access to the covered main terrace overlooking the pool and the sea. A guest toilet completes the ground floor. On the first floor, there are three double bedrooms. One of these has an en-suite shower room and a private balcony with incredible sea views. The other two bedrooms share a separate bathroom with a bathtub and access to a balcony overlooking the garden. The pool offers sea views, and the terrace is furnished with comfortable sun loungers. Access to the sea is via the rocks. Important additional information: The final cleaning fee is not included. It costs €140 and must be paid in cash during your stay.
