Free WiFi. Welcome to this beautiful house in the village of Cala Figuera, where 8 guests can spend their holidays. This fantastic house has a very warm style thanks to the combination of modern and traditional furniture. In the garden, you can prepare tasty barbecues accompanied by a bottle of wine, or have a coffee or tea while enjoying the beautiful sunset, comfortably seated in the outdoor sofa area. It may seem like too simple a plan, but we assure you that the sunsets in Mallorca are spectacular! The living room, which opens onto the dining area and has air conditioning, is the ideal place to relax with family or friends while watching a film on satellite TV. The fireplace is a decorative feature that characterises the room. In the kitchen, you can prepare your best recipes, as it has a ceramic hob and all the utensils you need. The house has a total of 4 bedrooms, all with wardrobes and access to a terrace. The first, with two single beds pushed together and an en-suite bathroom with shower, is located on the ground floor and has space for a cot. Another bathroom with shower serves this floor. Upstairs, there are two more bedrooms with double beds, and the last one with a bunk bed and television (without satellite). There is no air conditioning in the bedrooms, but there is in the hallway, so it can reach all of them. And in the slightly cooler months, if requested, radiators are available. There is also a bathroom with a shower at the end of this floor. There is a washing machine, iron and ironing board. The location in the centre of Cala Figuera is perfect as it is close to all the shops, bars and restaurants, and although there are neighbours nearby, it is a quiet summer resort. If you like walking or cycling, we recommend doing so in this area of Cala Figuera and the Mondragó Natural Park. The surrounding coves and beaches are truly privileged spots, such as Cala Figuera, Cala Santanyí and the idyllic Es Trenc beach. Note: This accommodation is intended for families and guests over 27 years old who are looking for a peaceful stay. Bookings for parties or celebrations are not accepted. Beautiful villa in Cala Figuera, fully equipped with kitchen appliances (big fridge, dishwasher, etc.), pots and pans, dishes, grill outside, a nice terrace with table, etc. We could cook good food for all the family! All rooms were nicely prepared, everything was clean and exactly as described. One bathroom on the 2nd floor, one in one room on the first floor, plus a toilet/shower. Private parking big enough for 2 cars. Perfect for a big family. The villa is also close to two small shops, restaurants, in the centre of a beautiful, quiet, small village.Many wonderful calas within 20 min. drive. Das Haus hat unsere Erwartungen übertroffen! Groß und geräumig, und es ist alles da, was man braucht. Es gibt vier Schlafzimmer und drei Badezimmer, was sonst schwer zu finden oder sehr teuer ist. Perfekt für Familien oder Gruppen. Das W-Lan funktioniert gut, und es gibt mehrere Klimaanlagen im Haus, mit denen auch geheizt werden kann. Die Einrichtung des Hauses ist schön, die Betten sind bequem, und alles ist sauber. Besonders gut hat uns die Terrasse gefallen, wo man abends schön essen kann. Die Lage des Hauses ist auch super, mitten im Leben, aber trotzdem ruhig. Nebenan befinden sich ein Restaurant, wo man sich auch Kaffees holen kann, sowie ein preiswerter und relativ großer Supermarkt. Zum wunderschönen Hafen und zur Steilküste von Cala Figuera sind es nur ein paar Schritte. Die Vermieterin ist sehr hilfsbereit, und als es einmal ein Problem gab, kam sie uns sofort zur Hilfe. Las fotos coincidían con la realidad, por lo tanto todo perfecto. La única pega es que no hay playa cerca que puedas acceder andando pero como nos movimos en coche no fue un problema para nosotros. ##### Nuria F.
