A lovely house, with 3 bedrooms, two bathrooms and a toilet, fully equipped kitchen and a nice living room. Outside a lovely, well kept garden with a nice barbecue, to chill out.

As we are pet lovers, your pets are welcome to stay at the property.

Santa Úrsula is a municipality belonging to the province of Santa Cruz de Tenerife, on the island of Tenerife.

La Quinta, is part of this municipality. Because it is a very coastal area, located on top of some cliffs, its climate is much warmer than the rest of Santa Úrsula.

The house is very well connected and is located in an exclusive residential area.

The municipality is endowed with many establishments, bars, restaurants, supermarkets, pharmacies, medical center, etc.

By car, it is about 10 minutes from the center of Puerto de la Cruz, which is about 9 kilometers. The center of Villa de la Orotava is also at this distance.

It also takes about a 10 to 15 minute drive to reach the "Bollullo" beach, with black volcanic sand, between lava cliffs.

Perfecta para las vacaciones
La casa estupenda. Tiene todo lo necesario para cocinar y dormir. La piscina maravillosa igual q las vistas al océano y al Teide. Totalmente recomendable y sin duda que esperamos poder volver. Gracias a Dacil por su excelente recibimiento.

Fabulous holiday home, living with the locals.
We had a fabulous stay. It started with a very warm welcome from Erica, who explained all the necessaries and gave us a good list of the must see's and do's during our holiday. The house was very clean and very well equipped with all the necessaries for those on holiday, very spacious and comfortable. The beautiful garden had room for the children to play and the adults to relax, without getting in the way of each other. The communal pool was pristine, although for our Dec/Jan trip it was too cold to swim, the kids gave it a go though! The neighbouhood is residential and very quiet. Very easy access to all amenities and many good restaurants. A great place to base yourself for discovering the beautiful island of Tenerife. A car is essential.

We hade a wonderful vacation on the island. The area is beautiful! And the weather was perfect.
Beautiful apartment with a fantastic garden. Big terrace with ocean view. Great pool area, very clean. The apartment was also very modern, fully equipped and clean. The beds were comfortable. The host are very nice and helpful. Quiet area. Car is a must! We can fully recommend the apartment and gladly be back again next time we are at Tenerife

La maison est située dans un lotissement résidentiel, avec un bel espace piscine. Maison spacieuse, avec un beau jardin fleuri, et une belle terrasse pour prendre les repas . A recommander !

Dream house in Santa Ursula
I wanted a place situated outside the typical southern tourist area , and I found a green world in Santa Ursula. Beautiful house and garden. Good possibilities for a walk around La Quinta, or hiking in the mountains. With car you go to Los Cristianos or up to Teide in an hour. Recommended.
