Not Impressed - Couldn't wait to go home to the USA.

Being from America I expect a certain level of service and dignity from a resort that I stay at. The front desk staff was somber at best. It got worse by the day as they began to recognize us. I had simple questions as most tourists do such as booking excursions, the beach, possible upgrades at the hotel, hotel dining etc. The cafeteria reminded me of when I was in the 6th grade and that was a long time ago. The only fruit I saw came out of a can. The menu was very bland and you had to buy your water if you wanted any at meal time. The hotel staff advised us that there were no rooms with a view of the ocean unless you were lucky enough to book a suite, which there were never any available. The walk to the beach was across a highway then under a railroad bridge. The walls along the sidewalk enroute to the beach were covered with graffite. We never felt safe the entire time we were there.

"para repetir sin duda"

Ayer acabamos nuestra estancia en el hotel y la verdad es que ha sido una semana perfecta amabilidad del personal tanto en recepciĆ³n..limpieza comedor y piscina el detalle de tener duchas donde guardan los equipajes por si quieres seguir utilizando instalaciones antes de irte..el hotel sirius es de los mejores que hemos probado en Santa Susanna sin duda para repetir ..lo hemos pasado genial. Volveremos en septiembre..sin ninguna duda...
