Step out onto the deck to open a new bottle of local red, use the stainless steel appliances in the full kitchen to whip up an accompanying meal, and linger around the dining room table each evening to share dessert, tell stories, or deal a game of cards. As the day's clothes spin in the washer/dryer, you can gather on the sofas and the comfortable arm chairs and choose a Netflix favorite to watch on the wall-mounted flatscreen TV.
This home enjoys an ideal location in the quiet and beautiful Bennett Valley area of Sonoma County, practically equidistant from the small town of Kenwood (seven miles east) and downtown Santa Rosa and the Railroad Square Historic District (eight miles northwest). It's a particularly great spot for wine lovers, with the gorgeous Matanzas Creek Winery - home to spectacular lavender gardens, a bocce court, and excellent Sauvignon Blanc and Merlot to sip in the shade of the oak trees - one mile up the road. If you're interested in a bit more outdoor activity, you'll also find the Bennett Valley Golf Course four miles northwest, and two beautiful state parks - Trione-Annadel to the north and Sugarloaf Ridge to the northeast - within a nine-mile drive.

Damage Waiver: The total cost of your reservation for this Property includes a nightly damage waiver fee, plus tax if applicable (the “Damage Waiver”). (A discount may be applied for stays of 28 nights or longer, if permitted.)
The Damage Waiver covers you for up to $2,000 of accidental damage to the Property or its contents (such as furniture, fixtures, and appliances) as long as you report the incident to the host prior to checking out. The Damage Waiver fee eliminates the need for a traditional security deposit.
