The living room also has a Queen Pullout Sleeper Sofa for additional guests, and the sliding glass doors open up to the private balcony, the perfect place to enjoy a cup of morning coffee! Of course, no Living Room would be complete without the large wall-hung flat screen TV for evening entertainment. The Palms at Seagrove offers guests their own PRIVATE beach access, as well as access to the community pool. This pinnacle of luxury & convenience is the perfect place to host your Florida vacation, geographically poised near all the acclaimed dining & entertainment that 30A has to offer! Named for the thick grove of oak trees lining its coastline, Seagrove Beach is located in the heart of 30A. The coastal villages of Seaside, Grayton, and WaterColor lie within a mile or two to the West, while Rosemary Beach, Alys Beach, and WaterSound lie a few miles East. This home is on our Resort Linen and Terry Package with guaranteed fresh linen and terry placed every turn!
