This home is pet-friendly! Located just a few minutes from Seaside and just a half-mile east of Highway 395\. This spacious 5 bed, 4.5 bath 4,077 square foot multi-level home also has a spectacular fourth floor, beach-view sun deck overlooking our amazing 30A sunsets. This is a real gem you'll use every day of your vacation. \*\* Beach Chair Service Included For The 2025 Season (Mar-Oct)! 2 Chairs & An Umbrella! \*\* Beach towels included with every rental! For those of you that have stayed with us in year's past, this home underwent an extensive remodel in 2020 and 2021\. The pool deck is completely new along with the fencing around the yard. If you've stayed in this home before, you'll barely recognize the place! This is a gorgeous home in a location second to none - literally steps from the beach, minutes from Seaside, has a private pool, fenced-in area perfect for your family dog, and located on the south side of 30A (no street to cross to get to the beach). On the ground floor, you’ll find the dedicated laundry room, a twin over twin bunk bed, a queen bedroom with 2 bunk beds with a twin bed over a queen bed, and a king master suite. Up the stairs, you enter the main living area featuring custom and colorful artwork, the grand and gorgeous all-stainless kitchen, a large double pantry, a huge dining table with seating for 8, an entire wall of window seating, a cozy coastal-inspired living area with a very large flat-screen TV, and decorative fireplace. Venture up to the third floor where you’ll discover a loft area with custom Twin bunks for 2\. There is an additional King Master Suite and another great guest room featuring 2 bunk beds with a twin over a queen. The owner of this property spared no expense in adding an additional floor to this beautiful home! The fourth floor offers a large deck with FULL views of the ocean! Dog-Friendly! (additional fees will be applied at booking) \*\*Maximum of two dogs \*\*No cats or other animals are allowed. Dogs must be under the 50lbs weight limit. ALL rules must be followed regarding your pets or a fine will occur. We do weekly pool maintenance, but cannot control weather or debris. While we strive for cleanliness, we can't guarantee a debris-free pool. Rest assured, we're dedicated to keeping the pool in top condition. \*\*Elevator in the home is NOT for guest use. The house is just as pretty as the pictures, and the top floor balcony was a wonderful spot for a family dance party. We have just about everything we needed, and our extended family was very comfortable. We loved discovering the game Telestrations, and all of the great touches, like the bikes and beach chairs. PHENOMENAL location & views. Needs pest control- brown spider came out of cupboard. 6 cockroaches found around different rooms of home. Small bugs in sink. Also, message confirming hot tub can be heated up, when looking around property unable to find temp control- reach out to property mgmt during stay & they say it can be heated but informed us there would be a charge which was never told to us in the original message. When we got to the property we were surprised to find that the downstairs layout is a little awkward. To enter the house you have to go through the outdoor shower, through the small bunk room, which my teens dubbed the Harry Potter closet, to get to the actually entry. If you left or returned to the house you would have to go through the Harry Potter closet in order to lock the house up. Not a great layout for anyone staying in that room. The downstairs master bathroom was just gross. The first night there I went to shower and there were black hairs all over the shower walls. I noticed the drain was having trouble draining only to find a giant wad of black hair clogging the drain. Gag! The sliding door to the downstairs master comes off the track A LOT. One night I got stuck in the bathroom and had to wake my husband to get me out. To get to the outdoor area you either have to go through one of the downstairs bedrooms or out the front door through the parking area then back into the fenced outdoor area.The outdoor area is great though for hanging out after the beach. We grilled one night while there and our teens made bonfires several nigjts we were tjere. ##### Andrea C. We've dealt with many realties throughout the years and Blue Swell was fantastic - good communication before and during, plus swift action with a minor maintenance issue. Pros: This house is spacious - we loved the large dining table and kitchen island. The boardwalk to the beach is immediately outside the back yard - so close! It's a public beach entrance, but there's no parking places so the beach wasn't crowded. The back yard and the cabana by the pool were well used by our family! The door alarms to the pool area worked well and were up high where the kids couldn't reach them. We also enjoyed the balconies - and yes, you can see the water (but not the sand) from the 3rd and 4th floors. Cons: The fancy stove is tricky and only uses its brand of pans. They provided pans but they were all scratched up. I always bring my own frying pan for that very reason, but couldn't use it. Yes, you can hear street noise in the house but it wasn't that bad when we were there. The only door with a keypad goes directly into the 3-bunk room, so no privacy in that room. Some mattresses were better than others but we didn't need them all so we just moved to another one.
