Please note there's an extra charge of $45 per day for POOL HEAT if you prefer it to be heated during your stay. It must be requested at least 2 days prior to check in.

If available and requested, there’s an additional $25 per hour for early check in or late check out.

No unauthorized guests or visitors without prior written approval by the host. Maximum of 10 guests can occupy the property at any time! No exceptions.

There’s an extra charge of $25 per each additional guest visiting or staying at the property after 2 guests. Please make sure that there are no unauthorized guests without prior approval. Otherwise, there will be an extra charge requested during or after your stay.

No loud events or parties. Please be respectful of our amazing neighbors.

Community quiet hours are from 10:00PM - 9:00AM

No Street Parking anywhere within the community. Your vehicle will be towed if parked on the street!!! Maximum of 4 vehicles can be parked in the driveway.

If traveling with pets, please make sure to cover furniture with blankets and no pets in bed allowed. Also, please clean up front and backyard after your pet. Otherwise, there will an extra charge of $250.

All furniture must be covered with blankets provided. Please no pets in bed , on furniture and no pets in the pool allowed.

Guests use bicycles, bunk beds and swimming pool at their own risk.

Each guest is required to sign Swimming Pool Waiver liability form.

Violation of any of the house rules may result in immediate termination of the reservation with no refund. Violations of some house rules may result in additional charges, fees and penalties.
