No driving or parking needed here! You'll have a hard time deciding if you want to enjoy the beautiful 30A beaches or relax at the home by the private pool! When you walk in the front door you are welcomed by a large foyer with three bedrooms. The two queen guest bedrooms are on this floor along with the bunk room! Keep walking straight and you are right out the door to the fabulous pool. This outdoor haven features a private pool and plenty of seating. What more could you ask for? Head on up the stairs to see the rest of this stunning home. The second floor is the center of relaxation. The living room, dining and kitchen are all on this floor. The fully renovated kitchen features gorgeous granite counter tops and stainless-steel appliances. There are four spots at the bar and 10 at the table so your whole crew will have a place to eat! The living room has plenty of space and a large flat screen TV. Walk out the double doors and onto the balcony and you'll find the huge porch with grill and plenty of seating. One more flight of stairs and you will find two more bedrooms. The first bedroom you will see is the 4th guest bedroom featuring a King-sized bed. Hang a left and you're in the master bedroom oasis. Overall our stay at Casavocado was nice. Our biggest issue is that the listing doesn’t state that the shared bathroom for the bunk and queen bedrooms is on a different floor. We wouldn’t have rented a place that required our young children to go up stairs in the middle of the night to go to the restroom. The house also had an ant problem, and we killed several roaches.
