There are TWO MASTER BEDROOMS(KING BEDS) - one on the first floor with a private bath and the larger master suite on the second floor which is located on the backside of home and has access to a PRIVATE SCREENED PORCH, larger bathroom with separate shower, tub, and vanities. TRAVELING WITH CHILDREN? The loft area (bunk room) with an added barn door is located off the UPSTAIRS MASTER SUITE. This is a great area to set up the pack n play and the room has two twin custom beds for children! There are 2 addition bedrooms upstairs include one bedroom with 2 TWIN BEDS and one bedroom with an additional KING size bed. KING bedroom has direct access to bathroom. The full bath upstairs is shared by these 2 rooms and the loft area. All bedrooms have smart tvs’s and deluxe plush mattresses. This home is a non-smoking, non-vaping, no parties, and no pets on premise home. No firearms or fireworks are permitted on the premises. Famous Seaside is only 1.5 miles to the west which has many eateries, events, and the REP Theatre. By car/golfcart- take 30A to Santa Clara/San Juan Beach Access - it is approx 1.5 miles from SeaDreamer30A - an 8 min drive! There is parking for available at both locations.
